During the experience, you will indulge in a mini coffee tasting featuring Vietnam’s most beloved brews: salted coffee, egg coffee, and coconut coffee. Every passenger who books with us will contribute to our charity meals for pediatric patients in central Hanoi hospitals. Great cooking class in Hanoi
Really great cooking class- starting with a walk around the local market to collect ingredients, then back to the kitchen to make bun cha, pho, papaya salad, and egg coffee. Recommend so highly!

Vegetarian cookery.
What an amazing experience. Alex was so knowledgeable. The trip to the market was so informative and once back to the cooking school, she showed and explained everything to us. The food was fabulous. The best I’ve eaten here so far! I’d recommend this trip to everyone. I’m vegetarian and I was very well catered for. Well done Alex.😊

Mango is an excellent instructor
Mango was an excellent instructor. We have taken over 10 cooking classes around the world and Mango did the best job with the market tour portion of the class. She explained not just the herbs and fruit we were using, but others. This gave us practical knowledge on how, for example, to select the sweetest mangosteen or the best flavored mango. The cooking instruction was fine and well organized. Highly recommend!
