Tour description misleading
Although the trip itself was beautiful, the description of this tour was very misleading. Here's the description:"Once there, you'll be greeted by stunning white-sand beaches and turquoise waters, perfect for soaking up the sun or exploring vibrant marine life during a snorkeling" We did not see marine life nor was there any snorkeling. Perhaps they could mention to bring own snorkel and mask. The description also states "max of 15 per group" We had over 40 people on the Catamaran and I was trying to avoid the "party boat scene that is otherwise described on many of these Saona island tours". Our boat was playing very loud music and it was difficult to have a conversation. Again, this tour was titled: "Isla Saona Full Day With Snorkelling". Again, this is not a snorkeling tour. The tour also described this as having live English, French and Spanish as languages of the tour. My husband spoke some Spanish but otherwise, there were no English guides to understand any announcements. Lastly, once we got to the beautiful 'natural pool to swim' we could not enjoy our time swimming because of the aggressive photo taking by the tour guides that took over 10 minutes. We attempted to communicate that we did not want photos but they aggressively wanted us to pose these fake unnatural poses that we knew we would not purchase and again took away from our short time swimming.

Do not book
Our tour operator never showed up and never contacted us. We tried several times to reach them to no avail. We even had to wake up at 6am for this tour just to get stood up. Our experience literally couldn't get any worse.

Been there twice. There isn’t much sealife to snorkel.
The tour guide was an hour late picking us up. We had to keep calling. Then the boat ride took very long to get there. The ride back the capt sprayed water in our faces. We saw a big yacht parked by Saona. Byaribe town police kept me overnight in their bldg. no hotel money. Friend came to get me.

We went on this excursion for.my friends bday and we had such a great time!!! Great music excellent service and rum and coke flowing. No cup was left empty! The food was great.
