Best tour guide ever! / Truly the best guide ever — we’ll definitely return!

My family and I have already booked with Mohamed for the second year in a row and are incredibly satisfied. Mohamed, the tour guide, not only excels with outstanding expertise and a palpable passion for Egypt and its antiquities, but also with his extremely friendly and courteous nature. Do you know why the hieroglyphics are so deeply embedded in the Temple of Habu? -No? Mohamed knows. What's that weird pile of rocks there? Why is there a strange hole in the wall? Why does the column have such a shape? He can give an informed answer to all these partly non-specific questions and, if desired, even recommend literature on any topic and subtopic, no matter how specific. You can tell that he lives his profession with every fiber and is always careful to make the experience as pleasant as possible. His attention is expressed by the fact that he 'sprints ahead', as he puts it, to secure a good place in the shade, so that the guest can enjoy everything pleasantly even in the hottest heat. When he realized that some of us were starting to lose energy, he bought us snacks and offered us water from his money. »Here a selfie stick, can you use it?« No matter what situation and whatever you needed, Mohamed already suspected and provided. B ITTE are not deterred by the size of the company. The Service was a lot better for me and my family than the travel offers of the big (well-known) companies and also a lot cheaper. All in all, an all-round perfect experience with a courteous and funny guide. Even in the coming years we will only book with Mohamed. ------------------------------------------------------------- My family and I have now booked with Mohamed for the second year in a row, and we are incredibly satisfied. The tour guide Mohamed impresses not only with his extensive knowledge and a tangible passion for Egypt and its antiquities, but also with his exceptionally friendly and attentive manner. Do you know why the hieroglyphs in the Temple of Habu are carved so deeply? No? Mohamed does. What’s that strange pile of stones over there? Why is there a peculiar hole in the wall? Why does that column have such a shape? For all of these sometimes very vague questions, he can provide a well-founded answer, and on request, even recommend literature on the most specific subjects and subtopics. You can tell that he lives his profession with every fiber of his being and always strives to make the experience as pleasant as possible. His attentiveness shows in moments when, as he puts it, he “sprints ahead” to secure a good spot in the shade so that his guests can enjoy everything comfortably, even in the greatest heat. When he noticed that some of us were slowly running out of energy, he spontaneously bought us snacks with his own money and offered us water. PLEASE don’t let the size of the company put you off. The Service, for me and my family, was FAR better than the travel packages of the large (well-known) companies — and on top of that, MUCH cheaper. All in all, a perfectly rounded experience with a thoughtful and FUN guide. In the years to come, we will ONLY book with Mohamed.

Is Experience Amantara Tours Luxor in 1 day with Hurghada worth it?

+

That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 1 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Hurghada, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Experience Amantara Tours Luxor in 1 day with Hurghada?

Is Experience Amantara Tours Luxor in 1 day with Hurghada suitable for kids and families?

+

How far in advance should I book Experience Amantara Tours Luxor in 1 day with Hurghada?

+

Around 0 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hurghada can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hurghada and add a light layer if any part of the 16-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Experience Amantara Tours Luxor in 1 day with Hurghada start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Hurghada within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Hurghada?

+

On Outty we rank every Hurghada experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Hurghada: Luxor Valley of the Kings & Tutankhamun Tomb Trip, Orange Bay Island, Luxury Cruise to Orange Bay and Hula Hula island Trip. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Hurghada?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Hurghada?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
