    Great Personalized Tour

Jordan provided a great personalized tour of Peekaboo Canyon for our family. Our boys were given sand boards to play on the dunes followed by a beautiful walk through the slot canyon. It was a perfect way to wrap up our week in Southern Utah.

What an AWESOME day at the canyon!!

First. I need to mention that when you get a text from this tour company and they give you directions…FOLLOW THEM. You can easily go the wrong way if you don’t read these important instructions. So back to my review. When I showed up for the 8:30 am slot I was matched up with an incredible guide by the name of Brinley. She is VERY knowledgeable of the area. She asked me if I wanted to do a little sand boarding before we went to the slot canyon. At first I declined. She said she would wax the board in case I changed my mind. So glad she did because I decided to give it a try! She even took a few pics of me while doing it! We then got back into the ATV and she drove us the highlight of the morning…Peek A Boo!! Brinley is very knowledgeable about the area and will point out things that you will not notice but are of interest. She helped me better my picture taking and showed my ways to make the colors more intense. I can really see the difference! Try to get a 8;30 am slot. It is so peaceful and not as many people. Thank you Brinley for making this day incredible!

    Great Experience - Great Tour

My husband and I had a wonderful experience on our Peek-a-Boo Canyon tour. I would highly recommend booking a tour with Tyler. He was friendly, knowledgeable and we had such a good time with him. He helped us photograph the slot canyon and even photographed us! It is a beautiful place and well worth the time.

The Best Peek A Boo Slot Canyon Guide

Tyler was the perfect guide. Affable, helpful and informative - and he picked us up at our hotel (Aikens Lodge). In particular, he helped my friend with her footing and climbing the short ladder. He pointed out specific information about the canyon - fossils, Indian steps, how the canyon was formed, etc. He really made the incredible slot canyon an even better experience. The walk through the canyon is not difficult or lengthy and it is a wonderful experience. Kudos to Tyler. Definitely do this tour with him.

Jared was awesome. Slot was beautiful. Must do trip.

Exceeded expectations! Jared was an awesome guide and did a wonderful job educating us about the area and making sure everyone had a great time. The slot Canyon was beautiful and the UTV ride was fun and accompanied with sand boarding with a view of the Grand Staircase from the south. A must do!

Response from the operator: Thanks for coming with us

Experience a Secret Slot Canyon in Southern Utah!: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Zion National Park.

How much does Experience a Secret Slot Canyon in Southern Utah! cost?

    +

Prices start at $148 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Zion National Park usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Experience a Secret Slot Canyon in Southern Utah! take?

    +

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Zion National Park is not rushed.

Is Experience a Secret Slot Canyon in Southern Utah! worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Zion National Park, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Experience a Secret Slot Canyon in Southern Utah!?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Experience a Secret Slot Canyon in Southern Utah! suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Experience a Secret Slot Canyon in Southern Utah!?

    +

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Zion National Park can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Zion National Park and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Experience a Secret Slot Canyon in Southern Utah! start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Zion National Park within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Zion National Park?

    +

Zion trips centre on the Narrows and Angels Landing, canyoneering in slot canyons, e-bike rides along the scenic drive and Bryce Canyon combination days. Permit handling and gear rental inclusions are the biggest quality differences here. On Outty we rank every Zion National Park experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Award Winning UTV Slot Canyon Tour, East Zion 4 Hour Slot Canyon Canyoneering UTV Tour, East Zion Crimson Canyon Hike & UTV Adventure. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Zion National Park?

    +

April to May and September to October. Summer means early starts. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Zion National Park?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
