Horrible company mistreats its employees
While the tour itself was enjoyable, this review is entirely a reflection of the dishonesty and disrespect shown by Susanna Rodriguez, and I feel it’s important to share. We booked two tours with this company. The first was made memorable solely by our outstanding tour guide Andrea and driver-guide Alfonso, whose professionalism and warmth were exceptional. We requested to have them again for our second tour; a straightforward ask that was rejected without any genuine explanation, with Susanna claiming another agent was already booked. I contacted Susanna early in the morning to request the change , giving more than reasonable notice. She did not respond until after 5pm, only to tell me it was too late. That delay was not accidental; it was a convenient way to avoid accommodating a reasonable request. And the reason given was a lie. No agent had been booked. Instead, we were sent an uncertified admin clerk posing in the role of a tour guide. Throughout this process, my messages were repeatedly ignored, my requests dismissed, and when Susanna did engage, she was firm and dismissive rather than helpful. This is not a communication failure; it is a deliberate pattern of dishonesty and poor treatment toward a paying customer. Andrea and Alfonso deserve to work for a company that matches their standard. Based on Susanna’s conduct alone, I would not return or recommend this company.

Beautiful Little Oasis
We had a wonderful experience. Ale and Emilio were fantastic and accommodating. The drive is beautiful and the Coloma Tour was awesome. It felt like a little oasis. We would 100% book again. Just a side note. The traffic to get back in the afternoon was horrendous and the drive out is on very windy roads. Fun stuff if you get motion sick.

A great coffee experience and fun day
Jessica was a very friendly and knowledgeable English guide: we also learnt a lot about Bogotá and surrounds. Eliberto was a skillful and patient driver. A fantastic way to see the area around Fusugasugá and learn about the coffee process from Camillo and a guide in training. A fun day sharing the warmth of Colombians proud of their country and its products!

Tiring day for a short tour
If you want to do this tour you need to understand upfront that it takes 2.5 hours to get there (traffic is very very heavy, and the mountain road is very twisty). The tour takes about 1.5 to 2 hr to complete. And then it will take about 2.5 hrs to go back home. It was a long tiring day. The Coffee plantation is set up for tourists only. They were friendly. It's a nice tour, but probably nothing you can't learn through you-tube. The host was only there to chaperone. She spoke great english, but was not needed for the tour. Would not repeat tour.

Tour was very nice and relaxing with experienced tour guide and driver! Would recommend it for anyone that wants to experience the Colombian coffee making process!
