Frustrated with the generated expectation
I contacted Estância Vigil directly through the official website, paying in dollars. The transfer took place, as I perceived it was outsourced, being conducted in a van where we were together with people who were going to an Eco Park, including deviating the route to stop at that location. Something very unpleasant. When questioning the guide about his tours during the trip regarding the park, animals, etc., I was warned that "if you're not interested, don't listen." The promised experience should begin with a transfer that reflects the name of the winery. Upon arriving at the location, the reception does happen with a glass, but there are no taps, and the place does not have vineyards, but only awaits the growth of vineyards that are not even visible to the naked eye. We are guided by a local guide, who presents the history and is very pleasant and polite. Demonstrate knowledge about the wines and the history of the winemaker and the place. The group is led to an area of the cellar and for a tasting of three wines (not that special, DV Catena, 3 species of malbec from different regions), with a small portion of individual tapas. In sequence, we are led to the restaurant area, where we have lunch in three stages with El enemigo wines in harmony. Lunch was very good in all three stages. I preferred to arrange a private return, using Uber, to avoid being forced to return in a group that would still have to stop at the eco park to pick up the other group, as was announced upon arrival. So, I hired the return transport. In my opinion, the cost-benefit was not what I expected, as I had more pleasant experiences at less renowned artisanal wineries for much less cost

Everything was excellent, the transfer, the place, the attention, the wine tasting and the food. Highly recommended.

A great experience where wine is the protagonist
Impeccable lunch steps with a great combination of dishes and wines. Very good taste in the facilities and excellent service (Guadalupe and Mateo are very professional). Achieved representation of winemaking essence. Beginners and experts in the world of wine will enjoy it.

Beautiful setting and delicious wines
We had a personal tour with Gaston through the beautiful facility. It is set up to give a small version of their vineyard in Mendoza (our next trip to Argentina will be there!). We did two tastings, one prior to lunch and one with lunch. The wines were very good! The lunch was delicious and the wines paired nicely. Unfortunately, they are not able to ship to the US yet so we had to choose 1 bottle to bring home.

Why this scores 57
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
ESTANCIA VIGIL – WINE TOURISM EXPERIENCE BUENOS AIRES – Full Day: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Buenos Aires.
How much does ESTANCIA VIGIL – WINE TOURISM EXPERIENCE BUENOS AIRES – Full Day cost?
+
Prices start at $330 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Buenos Aires usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does ESTANCIA VIGIL – WINE TOURISM EXPERIENCE BUENOS AIRES – Full Day take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Buenos Aires is not rushed.
Is ESTANCIA VIGIL – WINE TOURISM EXPERIENCE BUENOS AIRES – Full Day worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 17 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Buenos Aires, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule ESTANCIA VIGIL – WINE TOURISM EXPERIENCE BUENOS AIRES – Full Day?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is ESTANCIA VIGIL – WINE TOURISM EXPERIENCE BUENOS AIRES – Full Day suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book ESTANCIA VIGIL – WINE TOURISM EXPERIENCE BUENOS AIRES – Full Day?
+
Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Buenos Aires can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Buenos Aires and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does ESTANCIA VIGIL – WINE TOURISM EXPERIENCE BUENOS AIRES – Full Day start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Buenos Aires within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Buenos Aires?
+
On Outty we rank every Buenos Aires experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Argentine Cooking, Wine & Beef Tasting at Argentine Experience, Historical Sherpa Food Tour of San Telmo with Street Food, Drinks, Cooking Class with Empanadas Steak & Flan by Argentine Experience. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Buenos Aires?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Buenos Aires?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
What is included in ESTANCIA VIGIL – WINE TOURISM EXPERIENCE BUENOS AIRES – Full Day?
+
Included: Lunch; and Alcoholic beverages. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.
Does ESTANCIA VIGIL – WINE TOURISM EXPERIENCE BUENOS AIRES – Full Day include hotel pickup?
+

Will I get instant confirmation and a mobile ticket for ESTANCIA VIGIL – WINE TOURISM EXPERIENCE BUENOS AIRES – Full Day?
