Easy way to see the city on e-bikes
This was an okay tour. Good way to see more of Madrid than you would by foot/walking tour. Visited some sites which had lovely views and also the El Retiro park which was lovely. However, felt the guiding could have been a bit better. Not sure whether the guide was new or just lacked confidence but was quite hard to hear her at busier stops and facts/info seemed to sort of tail off. Thought the choice of where to stops in some instances wasn't great given a large-ish group of 12 people. Bikes could have been a bit better cared for...my husbands electic consol was missing any button labels so sort of had to guess. We'd also "added" water and paid for it at time of booking but didn't receive it until mentioned at end. Overall it was just okay, a nice way to see city but seemed a bit lacking in enthusiasm to share the city and its history.

Great e-bike tour of Madrid
A great way to see the main sights of Madrid. Jacob was an excellent guide, very informative and friendly. Great quality bikes. We particularly enjoyed riding through the Retiro park. Highly recommend this 3 hour e-bike tour.

good tour, but wrong guide for us
The bikes were in good condition. We went past most of the landmarks of Madrid. Unfortunately, our guide was very cynical and kept putting down America and Americans (which we are), complaining about how poor he is, and saying that he was "over" this job, so it took away from our enjoyment. Hopefully, you will get a different guide.

More could have been done
It is basically an overview of a certain section of Madrid and by no means comprehensive for a three hour e- bike ride. In that amount of time, I thought we could have covered much more ground if it weren’t for the lengthy descriptions by the guide who was knowledgeable but for tourists with a minimum amount of time in the city, more sites should have been covered and perhaps even avoiding some of the more heavily tourist trafficked spots as navigation was at times a bit dangerous.
