Good service and food on a Ha Long Bay cruise
We spent one night on Erina cruise in Ha Long Bay. Unfortunately, the weather was not great, so the experience was different from what it would have been in sunshine. Despite this, we still enjoyed the trip. The entire staff was extremely kind and attentive, with a special mention to Noah, who stood out for his friendliness and care. The meals were generous and very tasty throughout the cruise. If the weather had been better, we would have definitely chosen a two-night cruise. Even so, it was worth the experience and we’re glad we went.

Spectacular views, good experience.
This trip was a very good experience. We enjoyed Halong Bay, the food was delicious and all of the staff very helpful. In particular Cara ensured we were well looked after. It was not a cruise in the usual sense. The boat moves for a short time and then anchors in the bay. This was fine for us as the views were spectacular.

Overhyped and overpriced
The overall experience did not feel worth the money. Although advertised as a “2-day, 1-night” package, the stay was actually less than 24 hours, with check-in around 1:15 pm and check-out starting at 10 am the next day. The activities offered were underwhelming and did not justify the high price. On the positive side, the staff were courteous and their behavior was commendable. The food was tasty, though not exceptional given the premium charges—for instance, we were surprised to find no dessert included in the lunch buffet. The rooms, meanwhile, were quite ordinary and did not match the expectations set by the pricing.

Not as expected and certainly not 5 Star
Sadly we would not rate this as a 5 star experience as the boat is clearly in need of some repair, especially the upper deck flooring which is a health & safety hazard. Also you are not continuously sailing around Halong/Lan Ha bay as a lot of the time the boat is anchored (no commentary as to where you are) The staff were lovely and very attentive, however, some of the guests however were very rude and took over the atmosphere of the experience. Unfortunately we would not book this trip again.

最高の体験The best experience
船で2泊3日しました!広大な自然の中でゆったり景色を眺めたり美味しい食事にさまざまなアクティビティ、全てが素晴らしかったです!スタッフは皆さん明るく優しく対応してくれました!特に担当のLucasは一生懸命私達の旅を楽しめるようにサポートしてくれて最高でした🎵 We spent 3 days and 2 nights on the ship! We could relax and enjoy the scenery in the vast nature, we had delicious meals, and we had various activities. Everything was wonderful! All the staff were cheerful and kind! In particular, Lucas, who was in charge of us, was the best, as he tried his best to support us so that we could enjoy our trip.

Why this scores 67
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Erina Cruise Lan Ha Bay 2 days 1 night with roundtrip transfer: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Hanoi.
How much does Erina Cruise Lan Ha Bay 2 days 1 night with roundtrip transfer cost?
+
Prices start at $178 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Hanoi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Erina Cruise Lan Ha Bay 2 days 1 night with roundtrip transfer take?
+
Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Hanoi is not rushed.
Is Erina Cruise Lan Ha Bay 2 days 1 night with roundtrip transfer worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 71 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Hanoi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Erina Cruise Lan Ha Bay 2 days 1 night with roundtrip transfer?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Erina Cruise Lan Ha Bay 2 days 1 night with roundtrip transfer suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 48-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Erina Cruise Lan Ha Bay 2 days 1 night with roundtrip transfer?
+
Around 25 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hanoi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hanoi and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Erina Cruise Lan Ha Bay 2 days 1 night with roundtrip transfer start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Hanoi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Hanoi?
+
On Outty we rank every Hanoi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ninh Binh Day Trip from Hanoi with Tam Coc or Trang An & Mua Cave, Ha Giang Loop Tour 4 Days 3 Nights with Ha Giang Vision Tour, Halong Bay Day Tour With Titop Island, Cave, Kayak & Lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Hanoi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Hanoi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
