We showed up at Av. de la Constitución, 23b, Casco Antiguo, 41001 Sevilla, Spain at the Start time of 9:00 AM to find an empty street, closed building, and no pickup bus. As it turned out, the address is for the Seville Tourist Bureau and a nice woman, employee, did show a few minutes later. She turned out to be very helpful in that she called the trip management and found that they had cancelled the tour, and she arranged to have our money refunded. She also arranged for an alternate to Jerez and Cadiz via Naturanda Tours for us, and she arranged the payment. We did the new tour, but is was NOT the same as we had originally contracted or expected. I made the contract with the original tour company due to wanting to see the Sherry Wine and the Equestrian Show in Jerez, and they were the only company offering it on the day the Equestrian Show was available to us. We therefore were not happy to NOT see it, as the Naturanda Tour went to a different Sherry Winery and NOT to the Equestrian Show. In short, the day was pretty much wasted as we did NOT get to see what we originally contracted to see, we ended up in the rain in Cadez with nothing to see or do, and thus the one star review.
Response from the operator: Good afternoon, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused but your reservation was cancelled several days before the show and you did not see the cancellation in your email. We notified you with sufficient time.

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seville.
How much does Equestrian Show and Winery in Jerez from Seville cost?
+

How long does Equestrian Show and Winery in Jerez from Seville take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seville is not rushed.
Is Equestrian Show and Winery in Jerez from Seville worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 40 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (1/5 across 1 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable food & drink in Seville, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Equestrian Show and Winery in Jerez from Seville?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Equestrian Show and Winery in Jerez from Seville suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Equestrian Show and Winery in Jerez from Seville?
+
Around 0 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seville can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seville and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Equestrian Show and Winery in Jerez from Seville start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seville within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Seville?
+
On Outty we rank every Seville experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Seville Tapas Crawl Tour by Food Lover Tour, Seville: Paella & Tapas Cooking Class + Triana Market Tour, Sevilla Food Tour: Tapas, Wine, History & Traditions. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Seville?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Seville?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
