Don't waste your time or money!
Oneness Adventures was recommended to me for an Emerald Cave kayak tour. After talking with multiple companies I found Isaac a pleasure to talk with and it was the best pricing. We booked a tour of 14 people and he told me he would include souvenirs for us with the booking. We got emeritus paid for and the date was set. The day of the tour we drove from our hotel in Las Vegas, paid the Lake Mead recreation fee and arrived at the marina 20 minutes early. After waiting for an hour and a half with 8 children roasting in the desert heat (they're was no cell reception), and the other kayak guides telling us they hadn't seen him, we finally found a land line at the marina shop to reach him. Isaac informed us that early that morning they determined the wind was too strong and decided to cancel the trip. He said his guide attempted to text us, but due to low cell signal his text didn't go through. He offered to grab his gear and head to the marina and perhaps we could kayak in the marina. Fortunately we was only 15 minutes away, but that left me furious that he didn't bother to come meet us knowing that we did not get his notification and we were cooking in the Nevada sun waiting for a tour guide that had no intention of showing. He said he could be there in 20 minutes, and I agreed. After 45 additional minutes we called it quits. On our way out the guide pulled in and we informed him we were leaving. We wasted a whole day of our vegas vacation, spending he time, gas and recreation fees for nothing. Afterwards he offered us a full refund of the booking (which I received) and also offered to mail me vouchers to schedule for another time along with the promised souvenirs. This trip to place in June and I have yet to receive anything from him. I reminded him on July 31st and he said he is busy and can send them at the end of next month. I'm not holding my breath.

The experience was good....
The experience was good. The only thing I would say is a concern is that when we booked we thought we could do two people to a kayak. It was definitely strenuous especially since we were not able to pair up because of a lack of two person kayaks. Our guides were great and the river is gorgeous. Luckily all of our party were able to complete the journey but there were a few others that struggled.

Canceled tour, zero communication
The tour got canceled with no notice. Zero communication until I called multiple times. Stay away from this company.

Your kayak provider is horrible. Cancelled no commo or reason
The kayak supplier canceled due to "wind" claimed to have texted and emailed me but neither got to me. Directions to the launch point were bad. Hundreds of kayaks were being launched while we waited for an hour. Be aware that there is no signal and wifi costs money and does not work at the launch site. When asking numerous other operatiors about our supplier they said "he is usually late and often doesnt show at all" this ruined our 2 day trip. Never using viator again. You need to find a reliable kayak service or all your clients will be leaving you.

Great start for a Vegas trip
It was amazing! We chose this last night the night before as we arrived at the airport. It turned it to be a great way to start off a Vegas trip: fresh air, great weather, good workout yet beginner friendly, and amazing views and photos! 10/10 would recommend. My partner never kayaked in her life and was nervous at first but by the end she was racing along and enjoyed the whole experience!

Why this scores 62
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Emerald Cave Kayak Tour with Wildlife, Swim and Shuttle Option: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Las Vegas.
How much does Emerald Cave Kayak Tour with Wildlife, Swim and Shuttle Option cost?
+
Prices start at $129 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Las Vegas usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Emerald Cave Kayak Tour with Wildlife, Swim and Shuttle Option take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Las Vegas is not rushed.
Is Emerald Cave Kayak Tour with Wildlife, Swim and Shuttle Option worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 68 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Las Vegas, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Emerald Cave Kayak Tour with Wildlife, Swim and Shuttle Option?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Emerald Cave Kayak Tour with Wildlife, Swim and Shuttle Option suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Emerald Cave Kayak Tour with Wildlife, Swim and Shuttle Option?
+
Around 24 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Las Vegas can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Las Vegas and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Emerald Cave Kayak Tour with Wildlife, Swim and Shuttle Option start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Las Vegas within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Las Vegas?
+
Las Vegas sells two trips at once: the Strip after dark, and the red-rock desert that starts twenty minutes past the last casino. Helicopter runs to the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam half-days and Red Rock Canyon drives all leave early, while show tickets, speakeasy crawls and high-roller dining fill the evening. Outty Ranking weighs operator reliability heavily here, because the gap between a well-run desert tour and a coach-and-queue version is enormous. On Outty we rank every Las Vegas experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Small Group: Valley of Fire Half Day Tour from Las Vegas, Small Group Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, 7 Magic Mountains VIP Tour, Grand Canyon West, Hoover Dam Stop, Breakfast, Lunch & Skywalk. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Las Vegas?
+
October to April. Summer highs above 105F make midday outdoor tours punishing. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Las Vegas?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
