Good first experience of snow boarding. The tour is well organised. I would recommend it for those who are spending some days in seoul.

Relaxing ski day tour from Seoul
Well-organised. We chose the ski w/ lift ticket package (1-hr basic ski lesson included). Our tour guide, Coby, was very helpful and professional. Highly recommended for anyone who would like to go for a ski day tour from Seoul.

Terrible Clothes
The tour is great thank you Kevin for the guide. However the cloths is terrible, dirty, funny colour, oversize and the gloves are smelly. We feedback to tour guide but they refused to help us, then we look for the store person in charge but he said that if he change for us other customer also will have the same request, and he also throw a pants in front of us. That mean we are not allow to make any request although we are paying for the service. I am hope ktourstory can look into this and make sure this will not happen.

Skiing 1 day trip
I booked this tour for me and my friend. We had a great time here. The tour guide, the ski resort is good. There are diffirent levels for us to choose. This is my 1st I go skiing so i had a class and the mentor showed us how to control the board. Very easy to understand. However there is a big minus here. When i used the lift at the beginer A. At the end of lift, I dont know how to pull the lift up. And there were 2 boys here. They still supported us to pull it up but with the bad behaviour. Not 1 time but 2 times. They said “aiguuu” together in front of me, when i went out, they kept pointing and talking smt about us. I think they stand here to support customers instead of standing still and just say smt in Korean. It is unexecptable behaviour in hospitality insdustry. Anyway, thank Ktourstory team so much. Hope that you can improve your service day by day. Thank you
