Worth the splurge
I had a wonderful time on the Elite of the Seas cruise in Ha Long bay. The all inclusive experience (including pick up/drop off at the hotel) was the premium experience advertised. David and Quy went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to be happy. The room was beautiful, watching the bay from the balcony was lovely. The activities were fun and low key. The heated infinity pool on the back of the ship was amazing. The food was top notch (as well as the service from Quy) - I was not expecting the quality of food on offer, number of options and quantity (you will not be hungry). I was worried about such a big splurge on my trip to Vietnam not being worth it, but I promise, it is. The trip was more than I hoped for.

A sea of rubbish
This is desperately sad and devastating. We thought this would be a highlight of our trip but actually the sea is just full of rubbish. Yes the limestone islands are amazing but we were completely distracted by disgusting things floating everywhere. I honestly wouldn’t bother, it made us all feel really sad.

" Magical Ha Long Bay"
Absolutely beautiful!! You have the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of this area. Spent overnight on a cruise and visited the Sung Sot Cave and Ti Top island. A must, once in a lifetime visit to Ha Long Bay is recommended.

Halong bay 2d/1n visit in a nutshell
We went with a direct booking done for us by a Vietnamese friend. Pick up from Hanoi was smooth. We were welcome on board by the crew and started a bit late. The experience was awesome with visit to caves, kayaking etc. In my opinion visit to TiTop island was not a very attractive option. It was a small, muddy, crowded beach. Coming from Sri Lanka where the beaches are pristine we didn't even bother to step into water. Food during the cruise was excellent.

Vietnam tour is incomplete without a visit to Halong Bay
it was just awesome. its like you feel you are directly connected with the bay and the mountains. while the cruise is on the move you get to enjoy different views of the mountains and sea even while you are relaxing in your room. i had taken syrena cruise . being vegeterian i was delighted to have french fries and margrita pizza. the tour included in visiting cave. climbing to the top of mountain and enjoy the view, also swimming in the sea was another activity for us. next day morning we had tai-chi class a different experience @ 6.30am. than we went for kayaking.

Why this scores 46
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Elite of The Seas Cruise 2Days/1Night included Transfer Limousin: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Hanoi.
How much does Elite of The Seas Cruise 2Days/1Night included Transfer Limousin cost?
+
Prices start at $550 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Hanoi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Elite of The Seas Cruise 2Days/1Night included Transfer Limousin take?
+
Plan for about 48.8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Hanoi is not rushed.
Is Elite of The Seas Cruise 2Days/1Night included Transfer Limousin worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 46 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 18 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable food & drink in Hanoi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Elite of The Seas Cruise 2Days/1Night included Transfer Limousin?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Elite of The Seas Cruise 2Days/1Night included Transfer Limousin suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 48.8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Elite of The Seas Cruise 2Days/1Night included Transfer Limousin?
+
Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hanoi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hanoi and add a light layer if any part of the 48.8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Elite of The Seas Cruise 2Days/1Night included Transfer Limousin start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Hanoi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Hanoi?
+
On Outty we rank every Hanoi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ninh Binh Day Trip from Hanoi with Tam Coc or Trang An & Mua Cave, Ha Giang Loop Tour 4 Days 3 Nights with Ha Giang Vision Tour, Halong Bay Day Tour With Titop Island, Cave, Kayak & Lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Hanoi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Hanoi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
