Simply AMAZING

We arrived and had been treated to an amazing lounge experience with free welcome drinks and was checked in earlier. It was quite expensive but worth every penny as the amenities and the experience we had is great. The staff are all so “beautiful” in every aspect. Literally, physically and it shows how exquisitely trained they all are. Service is prompt, respectful and professional. We came back the second time because we were obviously impressed. Special mention to the following staff member: Trish John, Jason, Roi, Sir Michael, sir JB chef Romel, sir Johnson, Ms. Princess, Christian, Jay and Christian. The lady tecnician also changed our tv though it still didn’t work but it is alright. All the food is delectable. I liked dining at the GF than the lounge because my son has loads of dietary restrictions but they were all so nice to look after his needs. I would recommend your place and have taken loads off your cards to distribute to Canada . We had an amazing time and stay. No wonder my best friend and cousin Ms. Elisa of inspire stays nowhere but here. Thank you. PS: I will appreciate it if you could send me an email of my voided receipt for this duration of our stay because there was a miscommunication between De. Emer Dijamco who paid for my stay and I was charged again. It has been resolved I believe but I still have not gotten my voided receipt. Gouda can’t day enough awes

We went by train to Gouda. She showed the highlights of Gouda. Omg the cheese place was to die for. Loved it and she was the perfect host

A Memoriable Walk Through Haarlem

Elizabeth was referred to us by the concierge at the Marriott Hotel in Amsterdam. We were looking for a walking tour of the city of Haarlem. Elizabeth did not disappoint! Our booking was made the day before and Elizabeth met us in Haarlem. She was warm, flexible and engaging. As we ventured through the picturesque streets of Haarlem we were instantly captivated by her passion and knowledge of the city's history and culture. With each step, we uncovered the hidden stories that shaped Haarlem into the vibrant city it is today. I especially appreciated her highlighting the memorials throughout the city to Jewish residents who were victims of the Holocaust. This added to our understanding of what happened after an earlier visit to the Anne Frank Museum in Amsterdam. It was like having a good friend take you around town. I highly recommend Elizabeth's service.
