Canceled on me!
One day before our tour & after they charged my card for the tour they contacted me to cancel. They said they didn’t have enough scooters. Shouldn’t they have known that before they charged me?
Response from the operator: Bonjour, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we did not have four electric scooters available for your tour due to an unexpected equipment issue. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we contacted you immediately. We never compromise on safety and are sorry we could not accommodate your booking. We apologize again and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you in the future. KInd regards, Echo sports tours

A fun and adenturous way to see the Montmorency Fall.
E bike tour is a great way to do something fun in Quebec City and to see the Montmorency Fall. The tour guide Carlos was knowledgeable and friendly. He shared alot of Quebec's history. He took us to the Fall via a pretty scenic bike trail and we took a lift up to the bridge above the Fall. There were a lot of picture taking opportunities. The Fall was amazing and a must see in Quebec. Be sure to go early and get a newer E bike which will help with the ride especially if you are not used to biking. The retrofitted E bike requires more peddaling and it can get pretty tiring biking the 20+ miles round trip in the July heat.
Response from the operator: Merci beaucoup, We are glad you enjoyed the tour with us. We'll let Carlos know that you enjoyed him as well. Many thanks from the Echo Sports Tours team

We had a great 2 hour scooter tour. The vast majority of the time was out riding, all on very safe paths. I think we may only have stopped a total of 20 minutes along the way, which worked great for our family of 3. It was a perfect way to get a layout of the city and some basic historical information.
Response from the operator: Merci beaucoup, I am glad you enjoyed your time with us.

Great electric scooter tour!
Gaby was a great guide and very patient with first time scooter riders. The scooters were easy to use and the whole tour was on a path away from traffic. There were only a few stops with information but it was a great ride along the water and wonderful to get out of downtown for a little while.

Electric Scooter Guided Tour of Quebec City: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Quebec City.
How much does Electric Scooter Guided Tour of Quebec City cost?
+
Prices start at $96 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Quebec City usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Electric Scooter Guided Tour of Quebec City take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Quebec City is not rushed.
Is Electric Scooter Guided Tour of Quebec City worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Quebec City, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Electric Scooter Guided Tour of Quebec City?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Electric Scooter Guided Tour of Quebec City suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Electric Scooter Guided Tour of Quebec City?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Quebec City can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Quebec City and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Electric Scooter Guided Tour of Quebec City start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Quebec City within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Quebec City?
+
On Outty we rank every Quebec City experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Old Quebec Classique Walking Tour with Funicular, Uncover Old Quebec: Fun Walking Tour with a guide-Gratuity based, Quebec City Walking Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Quebec City?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Quebec City?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
