Trip of a lifetime
We took a private tour with this company, booked directly online, from Hurghada to Cairo. We visited the Pyramids, Sphynx and Grand Egyptian Museum. I cannot recommend them enough, they were flawless from start to finish, excellent communication, great drivers, an Egyptologist that knew so much and was so very kind. Our party had 2 teenagers with ASD and they were well cared for and minded. The drivers deliberately stopped at shops where there was no charge when they could and continually checked in with us all the way. The entire trip was a pleasure, even though it’s a long one we really enjoyed it and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Thanks so much Isabelle

Giza and New Museum
OMG! The best tour EVER!!!! From the booking and all the way through the end of the tour - seamless! Nesma was only a message away to answer all my questions, timely reminded me of upcoming events, and tirelessly monitored process. She is absolutely the person to schedule any excursions in Egypt and Jordan. About the tour itself: I reminded a 24 hours before about the departure and plane reservation was sent to me ( both ways were economy, but very good seat). A driver waited for me exactly at 4 am at hotel gate. When I arrived in Cairo, a tour guide with a driver waited for me and the MAGIC started. The guide was very knowledgeable, and attentive. He kept me interested in history of Cairo through an hour ride to Giza. At Giza, he kept me away from the crowds, took great pictures, made sure I’m in shade, hid rented, not bothered by sales. When we went to Museum, the excursion was structured and super informative. The lunch provided was in very clean restaurant. During the transfer between sites, a driver waited for us, a car was chilled, to make sure I did not spent any extra minute in the heat. Overall: absolutely amazing service!!! Nesma is my personal for any future trips to Africa, MidEast and which ever she would have for me!!!

Kudos to Nesma and Maestro Online Travel
We cannot say enough good things about Maestro Online Travel Egypt! They were so helpful to us in booking excellent private tours in Cairo and on our Nile cruise. Nesma was especially helpful to us throughout the booking experience. She was always available with prompt responses and excellent advice. She arranged a booking on the Concerto 2, which is the newest ship on the Nile, and we were so pleased that we did this (as opposed to entering the lottery of the standard cruises, where you don’t know which boat you’re going to be on and where you’re going to on the boat until the week before the sailing date). Again, we strongly recommend that you consider Nesma and Maestro Online Travel for your travel plans to Egypt. You won’t be disappointed!

Great experience
We had a great experience with Maestro online travel. Nesma was great and got the bookings done. There was an issue with the itinerary for one day but she got that resolved. Amir was extremely helpful since we arrived until we departed. My son had left his bag on an internal flight and even after repeated inquiries we were unable to get through to Nile Air. Amir was able to help coordinate a search at the airport’s lost and found and we were able to retrieve our lost items before our departure. The guides were knowledgeable and Haj was very accommodating. The cruise ship was beautiful.

Why this scores 71
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Egypt Tour Package to Cairo and Nile Cruise: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cairo.
How much does Egypt Tour Package to Cairo and Nile Cruise cost?
+
Prices start at $600 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cairo usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Egypt Tour Package to Cairo and Nile Cruise take?
+
Plan for about 192 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cairo is not rushed.
Is Egypt Tour Package to Cairo and Nile Cruise worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 71 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 117 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Cairo, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Egypt Tour Package to Cairo and Nile Cruise?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Egypt Tour Package to Cairo and Nile Cruise suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 192-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Egypt Tour Package to Cairo and Nile Cruise?
+
Around 41 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cairo can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cairo and add a light layer if any part of the 192-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Egypt Tour Package to Cairo and Nile Cruise start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cairo within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cairo?
+
On Outty we rank every Cairo experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include All-in-One Giza Tour, inside Pyramid, sphinx, Camel ride & lunch, VIP Private Giza Pyramids, Sphinx Tour –Inside the Pyramids&More, Best of Cairo Private Giza Pyramids, Sphinx and Grand Museum Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cairo?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cairo?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
