My son asked our guide about the giant statues at the GEM museum. He wanted to know how they were carved and moved. Our guide Hana explained the process and he was fascinated. We upgraded from the sleeper train to the domestic flight which was a great decision. He loved the short flight. The cruise ship was beautiful and he swam in the pool. The Valley of the Kings was his favorite. Edfu and Kom Ombo were interesting. We also upgraded our transfers to private cars which made the trip easier. The hotels in Cairo were comfortable. The whole 10 days were educational and fun for him. Admission fee was 1200 usd per adult and 700 per child with upgrades. Length of visit was 10 days. Atmosphere was curious and educational. Crowd size was about 15 people in our group. Staff were great with kids. Best for families with curious boys. Yasser had given him a statue book.

Friend upgraded to private car from shuttle

My friend upgraded our transfers from the shuttle bus to private cars after the first day. He said the shuttle was uncomfortable and cramped. Our guide Sami arranged it for us. The private car was spacious and comfortable with cold AC. We also upgraded from the sleeper train to the domestic flight which saved us time. The cruise ship was beautiful with a nice deck. We visited the GEM museum and saw the Tutankhamun treasures. The Valley of the Kings was incredible. Edfu and Kom Ombo were fascinating. The hotels in Cairo were comfortable. The whole 10 days were well organized and we enjoyed the extra comfort. Admission fee was 1400 usd each for the package with upgrades. Length of visit was 10 days. Atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. Crowd size was about 12 people in our group. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Best for friends who value comfort. Upgraded to flight and saved my back

I was supposed to take the sleeper train from Cairo to Luxor but I upgraded to the domestic flight at the last minute. Best decision ever. Our guide Ahmed told me the train would be bumpy and uncomfortable. I paid the extra 80 usd and flew instead. The flight took one hour and I arrived fresh. We then boarded the 5 star cruise ship which was beautiful with a pool and nice rooms. We visited the GEM museum and saw the Tutankhamun treasures. The Valley of the Kings was incredible. Edfu and Kom Ombo were fascinating. The cruise ship had good food and entertainment. The hotels in Cairo were comfortable and we had a nice stay. The whole 10 days were well organized and I never felt rushed. The upgrade to the flight was worth every dollar. I also upgraded my transfer from a shuttle bus to a private car which was much more comfortable. Admission fee was 1500 usd for the full package with upgrades. Length of visit was 10 days and 9 nights. Atmosphere was luxurious and relaxing. Crowd size was about 12 people in our group. Staff were professional and attentive. Finding the scarab and making a wish

We were a family of five including three teenagers. Keeping them all happy on a trip is usually impossible. The cruise ship helped a lot. They had free WiFi which sounds small but for teenagers it’s everything. The rooms were compact but we weren’t in them much. Our guide was funny and sarcastic which matched their sense of humor. He told us about the curse of the pharaohs and had them all spooked. At the Karnak complex he challenged them to find the scarab beetle statue and make a wish. They ran around like little kids. The sleeper train was tight for five people but we made it work. It’s only one night. The food on the ship was varied and the teenagers ate a lot. The staff kept the buffet stocked. The Grand Egyptian Museum was huge and we only scratched the surface but the teenagers were impressed by the chariots. They didn’t think Egyptians had cars. The atmosphere on the ship was relaxed and the crowd size was not overwhelming. The best for families part is real. We never felt like we were bothering anyone. I would recommend this to any parent scared of traveling with teens.

Quiet side of Philae and room service

I booked this tour for myself after a promotion. I wanted to celebrate alone. The cruise ship was the right balance of social and private. I joined group meals when I felt like it and ordered room service when I didn’t. The guide noticed I was quiet and gave me space. At Philae Temple he pointed me toward the quieter side of the island. I sat there for twenty minutes just listening to the water. The sleeper train was fine. I slept well. The Grand Egyptian Museum is a triumph. I walked slowly through every gallery. The admission fee was included. The length of visit was about four hours. I took my time. The atmosphere inside is meditative. The crowd size was respectful. The staff were helpful. The best part of this trip was the solitude. I am an introvert and group tours can drain me. This one didn’t. I felt seen but not crowded. I returned to work actually recharged. That is rare. I will book with this company again because they understand that traveling alone doesn’t mean you want to be lonely. It means you want to move at your own pace. They respected that
