Awesome Tour with a great Guide!
We recently completed an 8-day tour of Ecuador, and it was an unforgettable experience. The highlights for me were hiking around Cotopaxi, relaxing in the hot springs of Baños, and discovering the wildlife-rich cloud forests. Patricio our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the journey both smooth and enriching. Overall, this tour was the perfect blend of adventure, culture, and natural beauty—highly recommended!
Response from the operator: Hi, Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your 8-day journey through Ecuador, from hiking around Cotopaxi to relaxing in the Baños hot springs and exploring the cloud forests. We’ll be sure to pass your lovely feedback on to Patricio—he’ll be thrilled! It was a pleasure having you with us, and we truly appreciate your recommendation.

An Experience of Rich Culture and Stunning Natural Beauty in Ecuador with a Top-Notch Guide
We had a wonderful trip in Ecuador’s mainland, exploring Quito, Cotopaxi National Park, Banos, Alausi, Cuenca and Guayaquil. We experienced rich culture, stunning architecture, and awe-inspiring natural beauty (including a thrilling cable car ride over a canyon, and beautiful hikes to a waterfall and to see views of majestic volcanoes). Our guide Alejandro was phenomenal, sharing Ecuador’s history and special views with us and local highlights, including eating soursop and chiremoya (delicious fruits), sampling homemade fresh taffy, enjoying roast pork at a market, and drinking canelazo and corn beer. He explained the fascinating backgrounds and customs of some indigenous groups. Alejandro took care of everything for us, providing all transportation and making sure we got where we needed to go. The accommodations were superb, the food was delicious, and the people were very friendly. We had no safety issues or concerns at all. We came away with appreciation for Ecuador’s indigenous and Incan roots and Spanish influences, resulting in a vibrant cultural mix; and for Ecuador’s respect for its natural resources. We have taken many tours, and we can say that Guidecuador’s service could not have been better - and the destination was spectacular.
Response from the operator: Dear Jennifer, Thank you very much for all your words , we apreciate your time to share all your impressions with us! We look forward to see you back in Latin America shortly.

8 days of Ecuador Beauty
JuAnDa was an EXCELLENT guide! He never ever gave me a time limit in a location; instead, he always asked me how much time I would like there! He always tried to add cool things to the itinerary and was full of surprises each day. He went out of his way to make sure I had the things I needed each day and at the hotels. My visit to Ecuador is unforgettable!
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience with us! We're thrilled to hear that your visit to Ecuador was unforgettable. Providing exceptional service and creating lasting memories for our guests is what we strive for. We look forward to welcoming you back for more memorable experiences in the future. Warm regards, Alejandro

amazing experience of culture and adventure
First i have been on many diving trips. From a 1-10 this trip was an 11. The life we saw was off the charts. We tapered the trip with land excursions as well. Alejandro staff was there at every return from picking us up to dropping us off. It was really really detailed and good.
Response from the operator: Hello Larry, Thank you so much for choosing us to live this adventure in Galapagos and Ecuador, we appreciate a lot your words and your satisfaction is our best reward. We hope to see you again in another adventure in Latin America!

Ecuador Classic 8 Days Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Quito.
How much does Ecuador Classic 8 Days Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $2,560 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Quito usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Ecuador Classic 8 Days Tour take?
+
Plan for about 192 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Quito is not rushed.
Is Ecuador Classic 8 Days Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 11 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Quito, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Ecuador Classic 8 Days Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Ecuador Classic 8 Days Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 192-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Ecuador Classic 8 Days Tour?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Quito can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Quito and add a light layer if any part of the 192-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Ecuador Classic 8 Days Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Quito within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Quito?
+
On Outty we rank every Quito experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Cotopaxi Volcano full day tour with all the entrances, every day, Cotopaxi tour from Quito -horseback ride and hike-NO TOURISTY way, Baños Full Day Tour from Quito Including Entrances and Activities. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Quito?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Quito?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
What is included in Ecuador Classic 8 Days Tour?
+
Included: Private transportation; Breakfast; National Parks Entrance fee; and 8 Days / 7 Nights in Tourist Superior hotel Category (DBL, TRPL). Not included: Quito Tickets; Gratuities; and International Flight to Quito or Guayaquil. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.
Does Ecuador Classic 8 Days Tour include hotel pickup?
+
Yes, pickup is offered for every traveler from 99 listed pickup locations in and around Quito. Be ready about 10 minutes before the start time. You can also enter a custom pickup address when booking.
What languages is Ecuador Classic 8 Days Tour offered in?
+
