    Beautiful cathedral

The most extraordinary in this visit are the songs of great beauty sung by a chorus of women. And then the arrival of the patriarch with his procession of dignitaries. Thank you to Hayk for his good timing and comments that have allowed me to understand many things.

Response from the operator: Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire ! Nous sommes heureux que les chants et l’arrivée du patriarche vous aient marqué, et ravis que Hayk ait pu enrichir votre visite par ses explications et son timing. Au plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau en Arménie !

    Very good - recommended

A very enjoyable tour. Our driver was Vazgen who was very friendly, courteous and a safe driver. He collected us on time and drove safely. Even though he wasn't our guide (only a driver), he provided us with lots of information on Armenia and the places we were visiting. Recommend!

Response from the operator: Dear john, that you so much for sharing your experience with us. We are thrilled to know that you had a wonderful tour and that our driver made it even better. It was a pleasure working with you. Come and see us again!

    Great day out

Excellent tour. Artur was a very knowledgeable guide who organised the day very well and gave us a lot of information about the history and culture of Armenia. He and the driver took good care of us, even bringing the jacket we forgot in the car back to our hotel.

Response from the operator: Thank you David for sharing your experience! We are happy to know you liked your trip with Land of Noah. Come back soon again to explore the other wonderful places of interest in Armenia with us.

    I Had a Great Time!

I had a wonderful time on this tour so I have to write. I found the guide Anush enthusiastic and knowledgeable on the subject of religion and history, and the driver Artur was excellent. The tour was both informative and thorough, including some additional stops that would be of interest to people from another country. I am quite happy to recommended Land of Noah!

Response from the operator: Dear Jeff, thank you for this wonderful review. We are very happy to know you enjoyed your tour and have a lot of nice memories from Armenia. Hope to host you again in the future.

Echmiadzin, Zvartnots, Khor Virap: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Yerevan.

How much does Echmiadzin, Zvartnots, Khor Virap cost?

    +

Prices start at $105 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Yerevan usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Echmiadzin, Zvartnots, Khor Virap take?

    +

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Yerevan is not rushed.

Is Echmiadzin, Zvartnots, Khor Virap worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Yerevan, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Echmiadzin, Zvartnots, Khor Virap?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Echmiadzin, Zvartnots, Khor Virap suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Echmiadzin, Zvartnots, Khor Virap?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Yerevan can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Yerevan and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Echmiadzin, Zvartnots, Khor Virap start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Yerevan within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Yerevan?

    +

On Outty we rank every Yerevan experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Group Tour: Lake Sevan (Sevanavank), Dilijan (Goshavank, Haghartsin), Group Tour: Khor Virap, Garni temple, Geghard, Lavash baking, Group Tour: Garni pagan temple, Geghard monastery, Lake Sevan, Sevanavank. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Yerevan?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Yerevan?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
