What you'll see and do

  1. Tirta Sudamala Temple

We’ll start the day at Pura Sudamala, also known as the Holy Water Temple. As one of the holiest places in Bali, this location is well-loved by locals and lesser-visited by tourists. It’s the ideal place to escape the crowds and feel at one with yourself during a holy bathing ritual at the Spring Water Temple. During this unique ceremony, your experienced guide will help you wash in the holy waters and pray as the locals do. Next, we’ll continue the soul searching as we visit a sacred Balinese healer. Locals believe that this gift is given to certain members of the community who then dedicate their lives to the practice. Visitors from all over the world come to seek out their abilities. Whether you have a specific ailment or simply want to find peace, your local guide will act as a translator between you and the healer.

Whether you gaze out over the greenery, snap photos or take a ride on a Bali swing, you’ll feel at one with nature by the time we transfer you back to your accommodation.

Not for Solo Female Travelers

While my guide Ketu Widanta was nice enough, the tour was definitely not what was advertised. The tour guide was a bit late, no water was offered as part of the tour package, didn’t appear to pay much attention to oncoming traffic or drove too slow at one point, asked me to repeat exactly what the itinerary was and actually read it to him, decided to reverse the orders on his own accord without any discussion, was unable to take the right pictures for the experience blaming my camera, stopped to grab some food for himself but none for me, wanted to leave me in a desolate spot by myself while he went to purchase an offering, asked me to make a donation out of the blue, gave me wrong accounts/information and little background at the Rice Temple. Felt rushed, an inconvenience and everything was ill prepared for this all day tour. Was extremely disappointed to say the least and DEFINITELY wouldn’t recommend for a solo female traveler!!

Response from the operator: We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand your disappointment. This is not the standard we aim to provide. We sincerely apologize and will investigate this feedback with the guide and team. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Gusti was an amazing guide, I was lucky enough to be on the tour on my own so was able to ask many questions and he was so happy to share his knowledge of the culture, the countryside and share with me every moment of my eat, pray, love experience on the day. Thank you so much Gusti 🙏🏼

Response from the operator: We really appreciate you taking the time to share your rating with us. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Eat Pray Love Bali Private Tour – Full Day: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kuta.

How much does Eat Pray Love Bali Private Tour – Full Day cost?

+

Prices start at $28 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kuta usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Eat Pray Love Bali Private Tour – Full Day take?

+

Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kuta is not rushed.

Is Eat Pray Love Bali Private Tour – Full Day worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (2.5/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kuta, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Eat Pray Love Bali Private Tour – Full Day?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Eat Pray Love Bali Private Tour – Full Day suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 6. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 10-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Eat Pray Love Bali Private Tour – Full Day?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kuta can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kuta and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Eat Pray Love Bali Private Tour – Full Day start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kuta within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kuta?

+

On Outty we rank every Kuta experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include East Bali Tour: Gate of Heaven, Water Palace, Sleeping Gajah, Ubud Day Tour: Sacred Monkey Forest, Tegenungan Waterfall, Rice Terrace, Bali 5 Days and 4 Nights Private Tour - Best and Famous Site. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kuta?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kuta?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
