Wonderful day trip from Dubrovnik to Montenegro with amazing views

My wife and I, along with another couple, went on an all day private cruise from Dubrovnik to Montenegro in late May 2026. The entire experience was wonderful and fun. We were picked up at our hotel and driven to the boat first thing in the morning. Luksha and Marin were our crew for the day. The boat was very nice and our crew was very professional, friendly and accommodating throughout the day. Once we arrived in Montenegro, we made three stops. The first stop was to see Our Lady of the Rocks church, which was beautiful. Our second stop was for a very nice lunch at a local restaurant by the water. Our third stop was in Kotor, a very quaint old town. We walked around and shopped in Kotor for about 90 minutes. The scenery in the Bay of Kotor was breathtaking. We had a great time and would highly recommend booking a private cruise.

    Great professionals

We had a wonderful experience with this company. I communicated with Adrian via WhatsApp the day before. He suggested that we changed the time of departure to avoid a long line on immigration and his recommendation was on point! Our driver Kruno was fantastic. He was punctual, the car was immaculate, he is very knowledgeable of the history of the area and the roads. He made our trip feel like it took only 10 minutes instead of 1 hour and a half - door to door! We highly recommend this agency for anyone looking for luxury transportation from Dubrovnik to Montenegro.

What should I bring or wear?

When is the best time to visit Dubrovnik?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Dubrovnik?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
