A total life saver
I had the luck of having Udaya as my luggage porter! Earlier on my trip I had hurt my foot(ended up w/a break) and I had no idea how I would transport my luggage down the many stairs in my apartment & through the town. My daughter helped me in getting it there, but she had to leave before I was leaving. We found Baggage & Smile on line & it was exactly what I needed! Before going up the many steps to my apartment, Udaya saw an older gentleman trying to navigate the stairs with two luggage, and he grabbed one of them and took them down the stairs for the man. Udaya was so kind and friendly, and put me at ease. I t was an unbearably hot outside, and he did his job with a smile the whole entire time! Udaya is a very hard worker & I don’t know how I would’ve made it to my car without him! I highly recommend Baggage & Smile!

Helpful Service
Since our hotel was in the middle of old town and up a bunch of steps, it was such a relief to have this service to get two heavy pieces of luggage to our pick up spot outside of old town. Harry was right on time and very hospitable!

Best EVER!
Just the best. Jalena handled everything from calling herself(I did not ask) to find my bag and be sure to get it. The porter was soooo sweet and I gave him 10e tip.. He's one of those guys that make you feel like family. I had lunch while they handle everything and price was super fair. When I come back I will call them. You see I don't write many reviews and I wrote 2 for them.

Very convenient and helpful service
A really convenient luggage storage service close to the Old Town which we used for 4 hours. Drop off was easy and the staff very helpful in booking us airport transfer. We had 4 hours spare so used that time to have brunch, visit to modern art museum (7 min walk away) and another drink stop looking over the coastline. Highly recommend this service.

Super easy and convenient with kind staff!
Super easy and lovey manager. Dropped & picked up bags right outside Ploce gate. For an easy day in Dubrovnik. Was asked about ride to airport which was arranged for only a little more than an uber and met us with our suitcase at designated time. Very happy with this service!

Why this scores 82
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Dubrovnik Porter Service – Old Town No Stairs, Licensed Access: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubrovnik.
How much does Dubrovnik Porter Service – Old Town No Stairs, Licensed Access cost?
+
Prices start at $18 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubrovnik usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Dubrovnik Porter Service – Old Town No Stairs, Licensed Access take?
+
Plan for about 0.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubrovnik is not rushed.
Is Dubrovnik Porter Service – Old Town No Stairs, Licensed Access worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 82 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 225 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dubrovnik, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Dubrovnik Porter Service – Old Town No Stairs, Licensed Access?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Dubrovnik Porter Service – Old Town No Stairs, Licensed Access suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Dubrovnik Porter Service – Old Town No Stairs, Licensed Access?
+
Around 79 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubrovnik can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubrovnik and add a light layer if any part of the 0.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Dubrovnik Porter Service – Old Town No Stairs, Licensed Access start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubrovnik within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Dubrovnik?
+
On Outty we rank every Dubrovnik experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubrovnik: Game of Thrones Walking Tour, Panorama Zipline Experience in Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik: 7 Caves & Blue Cave Speedboat Tour (4h). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Dubrovnik?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Dubrovnik?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
