Dubrovnik tour with an amazing local
This is a perfect trip. Well designed by Henry who also drove us that day. We loved Trsteno and Ston who were not crowded but Dubrovnik was something really special. If you want to see this amazing city but don't have too much time this is the tour for you :)
Response from the operator: Thank you Lin, it was wonderful to have you on the tour.

One of the highlights of our Croatian vacation.
An absolutely fantastic day from start to finish! We were looking for a comfortable and flexible way to travel from Split to Dubrovnik while seeing some of Croatia’s most beautiful places along the way, and this tour exceeded all expectations. Our driver Hrvoje was punctual, professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the region. The vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for a full-day journey. The stop in Ston was a highlight, with stunning views, fascinating history, and some of the best food we had during our stay in Croatia. Trsteno Arboretum was equally impressive and provided a peaceful escape before arriving in Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik itself was breathtaking. Having free time to explore the Old Town at our own pace made the experience even better. We never felt rushed, and the entire day was organized perfectly. What really made the difference was the personal approach and attention to detail. Everything felt relaxed, professional, and tailored to our preferences rather than being a standard tourist excursion. If you are considering a private tour from Split to Dubrovnik, do not hesitate to book this experience. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Croatia and worth every euro. Highly recommended!

Bad weather day turned into great time with Henry
We visited hvar or as Croatian call it Var, great Island , fantastic views, but we got hit with unusual , unexpected bad weather, we needed to go back to spilt to go to Dubrovnik . Hvar Dubrovnik ferry stopped because of the weather, when we tried to get on the fast boat to split it wasn’t running, we reached to Dubrovnik private transfer, at first we said pick us up at 9:30 Henry says no problem, we got the news no fast boat , so we reached Henry please pick us up at 11:30 ok no problem, again the boat is not running we have to go to another place to get on a bigger boat again Henry please pick us up at 01:30 once more no problem I’ll be there , when we got to split at 01:46 Henry was there waiting with our name and a smile that only a friend would greet you with. Thank you Henry for turning that day to a real nice day.

Much more than just a transfer!
Henry drove us from Split to Dubrovnik. Along the way we made a coffee break and a stop at arboretum Trsteno. Henry found us a local guide and we met at the arboretum to do a Game of Thrones tour. Highly recommend!!!
Response from the operator: Thank you for choosing our tour. I think we made the most of the time we had together! 🥳

Why this scores 63
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Dubrovnik Full-Day Private tour from Split with Ston & Trsteno: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Split.
How much does Dubrovnik Full-Day Private tour from Split with Ston & Trsteno cost?
+
Prices start at $650 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Split usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Dubrovnik Full-Day Private tour from Split with Ston & Trsteno take?
+
Plan for about 12 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Split is not rushed.
Is Dubrovnik Full-Day Private tour from Split with Ston & Trsteno worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Split, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Dubrovnik Full-Day Private tour from Split with Ston & Trsteno?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Dubrovnik Full-Day Private tour from Split with Ston & Trsteno suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 12-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Dubrovnik Full-Day Private tour from Split with Ston & Trsteno?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Split can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Split and add a light layer if any part of the 12-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Dubrovnik Full-Day Private tour from Split with Ston & Trsteno start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Split within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Split?
+
On Outty we rank every Split experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Split Small-Group Walking Tour with a Magister of History, Split Walking Tour with Professor of History, From Split: Krka Waterfalls, Food & Wine Tasting Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Split?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Split?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
