Amazing experience with amazing skipper Borna, let him be your concierge as everything he recommends turns out to be one in a lifetime experience. He went above and beyond. Everything was amazing from places we've been to, to all small details he takes care of; fresh fruit onboard and etc. We took 8hr tour and it was highlight of our trip. Thank you once again Borna for your hospitality!

Left us without a boat tour
We were on a cruise excited about our private 8 hour day on a boat. When we arrived at port I got a message our boat driver canceled due to an injury. Viator couldn’t help us get a new tour and we spent hours trying to get a new boat tour to see the blue and green caves. I do wonder if our boat driver really was injured as the day before he asked us to cancel through Viator and just pay him directly. I didn’t feel comfortable doing that and then he canceled on me anyways.
Response from the operator: Thank You for taking the time to write this review, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience my injury caused. I understand how disappointing this must have been and I truly wish I could have been there to give You the tour I had planned for You as it was in my priority to also provide experience for You. However I’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy. You weren’t waiting at the port — the plan was for a car to collect you directly from the Hilton Imperial as we do with all our customers, arranged by me. That pickup wasn’t set in motion precisely because I was no longer able to provide the experience myself, which was something I couldn’t have anticipated. You also weren’t notified last-minute: I informed you the day before on afternoon before the tour, and you received a full 100% refund from my side immediately when I saw that I’ll be unable to provide experience to You. I also offered to help you find another tour provider, and to send my hospital discharge papers and other documentation as proof of the injury — I’m still happy to do so if it would help. I’ve kept our full message history, and I want to state clearly that I did not ask you to cancel through Viator and pay me directly, as suggested in your review — that simply isn’t what I have said. I wouldn’t risk my long time partnership with Viator and Viator would have know that and I would be sanctioned for that, what I have offerd to You is to rebook tour beacuse in meantime I’ve put the special offer on viator on some of my tours through viator and I’ve mentioned that if You want that You can cancel Your existing tour and rebook new tour through viator beacuse You would get discount, I believe this may stem from a message of mine being read differently than intended, and I’m sorry if it came across that way. I hope this clarifies what happened, and I wish You all the best. I am sorry that during this process You were closed for communication beacuse if You weren’t I would have easily find other trusted viator approved supplier for You, You would understand that I really didn’t meant anything wrong and You wouldn’t be short for this experience, other customers for these days understood that I was indeed injured and I’ve managed to find them replacement for tours and they all were over satisfied. My all apologies that my injury on work influenced Your experience and wish that Your vacation in Dubrovnik went well on other experience You went.
