Brilliant hosts, stunning views & experience!

Brilliant experience, with fantastic hosts who were constantly checking in and providing flowing drinks, clear plans and instructions for timings, what was next and recommendations for the islands visited and cave. Would highly recommend, hosts truly made this experience as good as it was - thank you!

    Wonderful day on the water

This was a highlight of our holiday. We were picked up at Cavtat by a speedboat, which took us to Dubrovnik. We waited for the bigger boat for 20 minutes in Dubrovnik harbour. Then we got to see old Dubrovnik walls and the fortress from the sea on our way to the blue cave. We could swim into the cave, which seemed a little scary at first, but turned out to be pretty easy. Then we visited two beautiful islands, the first one for 2.5 hours and the next for 1 hour. I have to admit that this was quite enough for one day. The boat crew was very friendly. Drinks, including water and white wine, were served and refilled often throughout the day. Charcuterie board was served for lunch. Seats on the boat were comfortable and washroom clean. At the end we were dropped off back in Cavtat. Overall we had a great time. Worth every penny.

Staff on board nice, fun helpful. The trip could have been 2 stops when the two islands became similar, one bigger one smaller. Felt unnecessary. Blue cave fanatically but would have liked to spend 1 hour there instead of the island.

    Amazing day trip!

Amazing day tour! Started the day at a nice time (around 10am), only around 16 of us on the tour so not too busy and each group had a table each so comfortable. Three staff, Lucy, Gregg and Petra where very attentive, kept topping up drinks, gave us info on the islands and overall very nice, friendly people 😊 We first went to the blue cave, had plenty of time there and could use snorkeling equipment if we wanted it, life jackets and pool noodles also available. We then went to 2 different islands, got some recommendations on what to do there and had plenty of time to explore. Overall, a really good day trip, well worth it! Also shout out to Lucky the dog - he was a part of the crew, very friendly and well behaved boy, made the trip!

Dubrovnik and Cavtat Blue Cave Island Tour with Drinks and Brunch: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubrovnik.

How much does Dubrovnik and Cavtat Blue Cave Island Tour with Drinks and Brunch cost?

    +

Prices start at $35 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubrovnik usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Dubrovnik and Cavtat Blue Cave Island Tour with Drinks and Brunch take?

    +

Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubrovnik is not rushed.

Is Dubrovnik and Cavtat Blue Cave Island Tour with Drinks and Brunch worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dubrovnik, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Dubrovnik and Cavtat Blue Cave Island Tour with Drinks and Brunch?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Dubrovnik and Cavtat Blue Cave Island Tour with Drinks and Brunch suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Dubrovnik and Cavtat Blue Cave Island Tour with Drinks and Brunch?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubrovnik can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubrovnik and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Dubrovnik and Cavtat Blue Cave Island Tour with Drinks and Brunch start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubrovnik within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Dubrovnik?

    +

On Outty we rank every Dubrovnik experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubrovnik: Game of Thrones Walking Tour, Panorama Zipline Experience in Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik: 7 Caves & Blue Cave Speedboat Tour (4h). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Dubrovnik?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Dubrovnik?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
