Upsell galore! Beware! Everything has an up charge
I hated that our first outing in Dubai was this! It was a money maker. Price to have the tour with 2 seater dune buggy is 950 uae ($259) for 2 people. They don’t tell you everything else: 5% fee to use a cc, you must tip the bike leading the way, that bike stops for pics and miraculously a guy with a falcon shows up and pretty much puts the bird on you, he demanded a tip of at least 30 uae each x2. Then the stop before to arriving is a store where they tell you it’s a stop for bathroom but it’s really a stop for someone to sell something. Once you got there, everything had a high price. No atm machine. You couldn’t do anything without tipping whoever it is that you talked to. There was no warning from the tour company that the $258 +5% didn’t include many other things. There’s no costume dress up. If you rode the camels, that’s another tip you had to pay for. The dinner felt like we were slaves. They try to upsell you to to vip, if not , wait your turn. There’s at least 6 guys that will try to sell you drinks, alcohol, pics, more drinks, anything and everything came at more cost. Then they force you to take pics and say it’s optional but it’s not. They get an attitude if you don’t take the pic and even a bigger attitude if you don’t buy it. Being able to experience the desert and ride around it was awesome. Views were great. But the constant upselling for everything, i mean everything, was exhausting. I can’t believe my $275 on top of $100 in tips wasn’t enough. Oh, the live show wasn’t great either. The belly dancer is not what you’d expect to see on this side of the world. She looked like she was just learning. Not her fault but it was definitely under whelming. I’m disappointed in the amount of money spent today that overshadowed the good parts about it.

This tour was selected by you at your own free will based on the options we made available. Upgrades such as VIP seating, professional photos, falcon encounters, drinks, and souvenirs are entirely optional and come at an additional cost. These are not forcefully implemented, and every guest has the full freedom to say no. Additionally, we mention in our communication that tipping is not mandatory. If you chose to tip individuals working hard to make a living but did not feel good about it, we respectfully suggest that this should not be attributed to our service. It’s also worth noting that many of the sellers and vendors at the camp are independent operators and not under our management. While we understand that constant upselling can be tiring, these are not controlled by us, and should not reflect negatively on the service we provide. Moreover, after reviewing our records, we are unable to locate your booking with our company. We kindly ask you to verify your reservation details and ensure you are addressing the correct tour operator. It appears this review may have been posted on the wrong listing. Very astonishing
What an awesome day! Munir arrived on time in a clean, cool, and comfy SUV. This was an excellent tour to get an overview of the city, from the Sheikh Zayed Mosque to the adventure zones and malls. It was an amazing experience that we thoroughly enjoyed; he was a competent photographer who took very lovely photographs of us, and I wholeheartedly suggest him to everyone.

Wow
45 mints of buggy ride is now my life unforgettable memory. The suspension system of the buggy was amazing , it was speedy but jerk free ride and the guide was with me all the time to ensure my safety .

Buggy ride in Dubai desert
I was quite curious to ride a buggy in real life because the only vehicle I use in pubg mobile is buggy but there were no back seat in the buggy as pubg mobile when I inquire the guide about back seat they told me its for safety reason.perfect ride.
