Above and beyond

Had a great experience in Riva beach resort. The place is perfect, they both have pool and beach. And thanks for Atul above and beyond service, very nice guy.

Beach day on the private beach

Private beach on the Jumeirah section, where you get allocated a sunbed for 20 euros/day. Also the food in him bar is highly recommended. Insider tip: Drink Ipanema (here with Maracuja!) For 5 euros more you can also use the hotel pool, but is not necessary. On the beach you can also do standup paddling. Great view in the bay!

Relaxing day at Riva Beach Club

Great day relaxing at the beach. Not the best one I’ve been on and if I was to book another it would be on the opposite side of the palm as in November Riva is soon in the shade due to the height of the buildings. Saying that it was clean, food was good and staff friendly.

Response from the operator: Dear Tracy, Thank you so much for visiting Riva. It is amazing to hear you had such a relaxing day enjoying our beach and food. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back again, perhaps during a sunnier season. All the best!

Disappointing

Such a disappointing experience, we came for my daughter and grandsons last day before they fly back to the UK. Having had the best New Years Eve in 2024/25 I was excited to try their family day. We arrived at 1.30 and Tamara worked hard to get us a table which was lovely. We sat by the pool it took over 40 minutes of waiting snd deciding to to go and find someone to take our order, we ordered from the set menu, couldn’t have a choice of beers although a beer bucket was advertised and we had to come to a compromise. We then waited for over an hour for our food to arrive which was challenging with an 18 month old baby. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks then followed up our order with the staff after 40 minutes. We had a mixture of a la carte and package orders on our table sadly the a la carte came and ours didn’t!! Several prompts were needed and while half our table had finished eating ours was nowhere to be seen. It’s a lovely concept but the owners need to invest in more chefs and more waiting staff and not sell a package that is treated as second rate. We watched people arrive, sit down and order from the a la carte menu and finish their meal while we sat and waited for ours. Our friends recommended the package but I would say do not do it!! You are basically put to the back of the queue and the whole experience was a complete disappointment. Unless they employ more staff to work on a Saturday I would stay away!! I’m just glad I haven’t booked my new years tickets for our group of 30 people as it would have been very embarrassing to have recommended it, what a shame

Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we are truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. This is certainly not the impression or experience we intend to deliver, especially on what was a special day for you and your family. We sincerely apologize for the long waiting times, service delays, and inconsistencies you've encountered. Your feedback has been shared with our Operations Manager, Roma Gadi, who would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly, understand more about your visit, and work toward making this right. You may reach her at roma.gadi@riva-beach.com, and she will personally ensure that your next visit reflects the standard of quality you rightfully expect from us. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a much improved visit.

Dubai: Riva Beach Club Pool and Beach Day Pass: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubai.

How much does Dubai: Riva Beach Club Pool and Beach Day Pass cost?

+

Prices start at $65 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubai usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Dubai: Riva Beach Club Pool and Beach Day Pass take?

+

Plan for about 24 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubai is not rushed.

Is Dubai: Riva Beach Club Pool and Beach Day Pass worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 65 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 13 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dubai, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Dubai: Riva Beach Club Pool and Beach Day Pass?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Dubai: Riva Beach Club Pool and Beach Day Pass suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 24-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Dubai: Riva Beach Club Pool and Beach Day Pass?

+

Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubai can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubai and add a light layer if any part of the 24-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Dubai: Riva Beach Club Pool and Beach Day Pass start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubai within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Dubai?

+

On Outty we rank every Dubai experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubai Premium Red Dunes Safari, Camels & 5* BBQ at Al Khayma Camp, Dubai: Red Dunes Safari, Quad, Camel, Dune Bash, BBQ & Shows, Dubai Dune Buggy Safari Tour in Red Dunes Options. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Dubai?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Dubai?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
