Great!You get more than you pay.
Made reservation through Agoda with the cheapest price among others agent and the only one that provide 2 hours waiting time. We are worry 45min or 60min is not enough as long quene of passport control and security check, actually we used more than 60min. After arrived, a man is waiting for us with name sign.The driver wear smart and so sweetie, helpful and polite.Also he had introduce the main sightseeing points for us. The car is clean , without smell and great air-con. We are 2 people with 28” language,we book 3-4ppl car which is comfortable for us.

Huge thanks to Rasheed and the tour company for the fantastic airport pickup. It was so helpful to receive a WhatsApp message with his location as soon as we landed. The car was clean, the ride was smooth, and he got us to our hotel perfectly on time. Excellent service all around!

Our family arrived at dubai last week. The service and transport are not we expecting . Its more than what we expect the airport team is very nice and helpful and their office staff is very responsive with all our inquiries. From the moment we landed, Zain provided exceptional service. His communication was clear and timely — he gave us exact instructions on where to meet him, and despite our flight arriving 40 minutes early, he was already there waiting with a warm, polite attitude. Zain took care of all of our luggage with no hesitation and made sure my family of eight had plenty of room for both passengers and bags. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and incredibly spacious, which made our ride to the SLS Hotel smooth and enjoyable. What really stood out was his professionalism and willingness to help.
