Had a very nice time
Celebrated new year on the cruise. The process for everything was seamless and we had a great time. Coordination from the coordinator great.

Overall, it was ok, but for over £500 I feel much better options are available elsewhere for the money paid.
The experience was overated for the money paid. We paid a premium as a couple to sit top deck towards the front of the boat so we could see the fireworks and New Year celebrations. When we arrived, they had a number of "couples" tables but placed us on a table of 4, which completely ruined the romantic idea. The food was plentiful but luke warm. I would advise anyone NOT to pay for top deck as when it came close to midnight, they let everyone upstairs and crowd the front of the boat anyway, so please do not waste the extra money thinking you are paying for the location. When you get to your table, please be mindful of the onboard photography. I understand they need to make money, and it adds to the experience and everyone to their own. But he got quite dismissive and rude. If you didn't buy all of them, he snatched them back and then kept coming back to negotiate a fee. Finally asking us to name a price when I said I would only like one photo and offered 50 Dirhams again, he said nothing snatched them back and stormed off. Again, I understand he is there to make money and add to your experience, but he did not like or understand and wouldn't take no for an answer.

Magic and splendid
A magical evening at the foot of the Burj Khalifa to admire this show. The food in large quantities and spectacular animations! Thank you to the whole team for their kindness and Sunny for guiding us! The only small detail that held me back at the beginning was that we were at a table with other couples which can disappoint at the beginning (we thought of individual tables for each group) but the evening remained magical
