Not recommended.
My review is not on the Miracle garden(my experience there self tour was amazing) my review was on this tour company. - firstly, they came 1 hour late from when they had said. _ secondly, when we got there, the driver asked me for money which was odd as I had already paid through their site. I found that a bit dojy. - Then there is no tour guide, the driver just shows the ticket at the entrance and then you do your own roaming. So basically they just offered taxi services. Therefore I would advice against using them and just take a taxi from your hotel to the garden. The tickets are easy to get at the gate, no lines. -
Response from the operator: dear guest first we give you time 10 am to 1030 am and driver was there only 30 mins late because its sharing tour and your hotel location at end of dubai it will take time to pick and drop . 2nd driver ask you by mistake because payment was pending other guest and i already apologized on same time of tour . 3rd inside miracle garden tour guide not allowed . further assistance feel free to contact us.

Great place, good service!
Experience was great, my friends and I enjoyed. The place was very instagrammable. It is amazing to see this considering Dubai is a desert! The service was really good and travel agent was easy to deal with.

What a rip off! dirty stained seats.
What a rip off. We were charged £90 for 2 tickets with transfer, this is too much in Hynd site. The transfer people carrier had disgustingly stained seats. We got a taxi home as we didn’t want to go back in it. Flower Garden was lovely but we should have got a taxi there and bought tickets on the door or online and saved ourselves a load of money. Our nightmare started when the app told us the pick up would be 8am-9am pick up. We contacted the driver who asked where we were staying. We said the Address Beach Hotel. He said there was no such hotel so I sent the website details and was promptly told that is the Address Beach Resort, wow! Ok so then we were told we would be picked up at 10- 10:30am so I said that wasn’t the time it stated on the app to which I was told that was a tentative time. Great so our rest of our days plan goes out of the window. Ok so we still go 2 hrs later than expected. The people carrier turns up and we get in. The vehicle was an old people carrier and the seats had large stains on them. There was another family traveling that kept removing their face masks. We got to the flower garden and the driver made sure we got in buy showing the entrance tickets at the gate. He told us we had 2hrs until pick up. We decided to get a cab home which was very cheap. Overall the price for this tour is over double what the cost of the entrance tickets with a cab ride there and back. We were told when we mentioned all this to Viator that we had no grounds for a refund and that we had told the driver that we enjoyed the tour, this was simply not true as we had no communication after the drop off other than a text from me to say we would be getting a taxi back. Very disappointed. The Miracle Garden is worth a visit but please do your research before you book.
Response from the operator: Dear Greg, Thank you for your feedback. I would like to address certain points you have mentioned. Pick up time given while you booked the tour is tentative. As this is not a private tour and there are other guests to be picked up also, the pick up time is confirmed one day before the tour depending on the location of other guests and we already informed you about the pick up time via email. So, it doesn't make any sense about the description of pick up time being changed. Secondly, you mentioned other guests removing their face masks while on the way to Miracle Garden, Kindly note that we can just request guests to wear protective mask but cannot enforce on them as we don't have any authority over the guests. Our vehicles are being sanitized regularly everyday as per the guidelines of Dubai Government. We still look into the matter of stains you told us about and we have changed all the covers. Furthermore, you have asked about the price being higher than normal if you take taxi, i would like to elaborate that for you: The vehicle which picks up the guests is on standby and is waiting for the guests when the tour finishes. Guests don't have to wait for taxi in the heat outside of the garden. The garden is a little far from city so taxi's are not readily available in that area. As a tour company, if the service is being provided, the charge is slightly higher than usual local transport. Hope you understand. We still apologies for any inconvenience caused unintentionally. Best Regards

Park beautiful, organization of the tour too bad
The Park is amazing and spectacular. But the organization to go there was the worst experience in Dubai. They said pick up between 8 am and 9. The day before at 10’30 pm they write that they changed the pick up which was between 9’45 and 10’30…but I did not see that email. At the end they come at 10’35 am … the park is wonderful but you get there in 20 minutes taxi ….
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, The confirm time is always given one day prior to the tour. We have sent email to you regarding confirmed pick up time one day prior to the tour. If you haven't seen the email, how it could be our fault. and we were talking on whatsapp way before 10 am so it is not ethical to right here that you were contacted at 10:30 am. Anyway we hope you the best. Regards

Why this scores 51
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Dubai Miracle Garden Self-Guided Tour with Ticket with Transfer: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubai.
How much does Dubai Miracle Garden Self-Guided Tour with Ticket with Transfer cost?
+
Prices start at $80 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubai usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Dubai Miracle Garden Self-Guided Tour with Ticket with Transfer take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubai is not rushed.
Is Dubai Miracle Garden Self-Guided Tour with Ticket with Transfer worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.5/5 across 11 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dubai, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Dubai Miracle Garden Self-Guided Tour with Ticket with Transfer?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Dubai Miracle Garden Self-Guided Tour with Ticket with Transfer suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 2. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 4-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Dubai Miracle Garden Self-Guided Tour with Ticket with Transfer?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubai can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubai and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Dubai Miracle Garden Self-Guided Tour with Ticket with Transfer start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubai within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Dubai?
+
On Outty we rank every Dubai experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubai Premium Red Dunes Safari, Camels & 5* BBQ at Al Khayma Camp, Dubai: Red Dunes Safari, Quad, Camel, Dune Bash, BBQ & Shows, Dubai Dune Buggy Safari Tour in Red Dunes Options. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Dubai?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Dubai?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
