Once in a Lifetime Experience! This is a MUST DO if you are in Dubai! This was one of the best tours my husband and I did while visiting Dubai. From beginning to end, it was amazing. Mauricio was our driver and host for the day, and he was fantastic—prompt with our hotel pickup, very engaging, and incredibly informative during the drive out to the balloon launch site. Upon arrival, we were given reusable water bottles and safety instructions for the balloon ride. It was the most perfect day! Our original flight was canceled due to high winds, so we rescheduled—and we are so happy we did. The weather was perfect. We had about a 45-minute balloon ride, reaching up to about 4,000 feet. We were accompanied by a falconer and his bird, who did a short demonstration while we were in the air. Before landing, we were briefed on the possibility of a bumpy landing, but we couldn’t have asked for a better pilot. Usually, the basket tips over—but not this time. We glided in with just a few bumps and came to a stop upright. Following the balloon ride, we headed to the Platinum Heritage camp for a delicious private breakfast and a camel ride. Everyone there was very helpful and courteous. All in all, it was a great experience and one we would highly recommend!

Amazing experience over the desert
What a unique experience I will remember forever. We were picked up from the hotel at 4am with a brand new Defender and took us 1hr drive to the desert. There we met the pilot, we were given a safety brief and then the adventure started. After the flight, we were offered coffee, tea and cookies. We were also given a thermos and a box of goodies as a gift. We slept all the way back to the hotel. Our guide was very nice- I am sorry I cannot recall his name but I remember him saying he was the only Indian in the team.

Hot Baloon Experience
A fantastic experience on Christmas morning from start to finish! Our driver Saif was so professional and helpful from the time he collected us at our hotel. He briefed us on the excursion and also the history of Dubai. Our hot air balloon Pilot gave a great safety overview. The Baloon ride was fab and an effortless landing. The falcon display by the guy on board was fun. Following the landing, we had a camel ride followed by a fab 5-star breakfast. Highly recommended. Fran and Bryan, Ireland

Wow just wow. 10 stars
We’ve done a number of balloon rides all over the world but this one reigned supreme.. from the pilot to the crew to the accompanying naturalist with his falcon, the trip was beyond the best ever. The camel ride and breakfast almost too beautiful to eat, the kindness and intelligence, our lovely waiter from Togo, a stunning camp, bathrooms right out of a design magazine, gazelles coming into camp. Beautifully maintained and perfectly articulated product. Wow just wow. 10 stars.

Great experience on the cloud
It was our honeymoon and our first tour in Dubai. Long story short, we had a really great time. The Falcon show in the sky was super and the breakfast was also great even though it was too hot to seat our table. Overall, it was the best tour. Nikky is the best tour guide. Very kind and nice, even funny!!
