City tour
Really great. Felt I sampled the real Dubai. Guide was very informative. I loved the souks. And the art museum. I just wished we had more time to spend. Have a longer wander. Have a coffee and a cake but it was quite rushed. But still very enjoyable
Response from the operator: Dear Barbara, Thank you so much for your lovely review! We truly appreciate your kind words and are so happy to hear you had a great experience with us. It was an absolute pleasure having you—you're such wonderful people, and your positive energy didn’t go unnoticed. Guests like you make what we do so rewarding! We hope to welcome you back again for another amazing experience. Warmest regards,

I’ve taken a few of the tours around Dubai with different providers and this was, Im afraid, the worst. The guide was super nice and friendly but his knowledge of the city and command of English were very poor. He took us to good places but there was no narrative about them. It was a “bus sightseeing” tour more than an actual guided tour. Also, it was advertised that we’d go to the mall’s aquarium but we didn’t (“because you have to pay”). All in all, there are better ones out there.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. However, it seems this review may have been posted on the wrong listing, as the details do not reflect the services we offer. We are committed to delivering high-quality tours with knowledgeable guides and well-planned itineraries, and we value feedback to help us improve further. We encourage all guests to review the tour details and inclusions carefully to avoid any misunderstandings, as certain attractions or tickets may require an additional fee, which is common for city tours. If this review relates to another provider, we suggest reaching out to them directly to ensure your concerns are addressed. We would be happy to welcome you on one of our tours in the future and deliver an experience that aligns with your expectations. If you have further questions, you can contact us directly at +971505593840.

Unbelievable tour with saifco travel and tourism
We received excellent service, and our guide Jamil was fantastic. With his guidance, we were able to accomplish so much in a single day. He arrived at our hotel on time and took us to the mosque as our first destination. Throughout the tour, he explained everything thoroughly and made sure that we were having an excellent time. It was a very pleasant journey! We then visited Heritage Village, the Marina Mall, Emirates Palace, and the Dates Market, and had a photo stop at Ferrari World.

City tour
Didn't take us to the places stated such as the palm islands, burj khalifa, burj al arab or the mosque. We went to jumeirah beach and the museum but couldn't the museum. Very disappointed. The guide however was very informative and kind.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your feed back

Dubai City Tour - Old & Modern City Sightseeing Dubai - Transfer: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubai.
How much does Dubai City Tour - Old & Modern City Sightseeing Dubai - Transfer cost?
+
Prices start at $35 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubai usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Dubai City Tour - Old & Modern City Sightseeing Dubai - Transfer take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubai is not rushed.
Is Dubai City Tour - Old & Modern City Sightseeing Dubai - Transfer worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 15 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dubai, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Dubai City Tour - Old & Modern City Sightseeing Dubai - Transfer?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Dubai City Tour - Old & Modern City Sightseeing Dubai - Transfer suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Dubai City Tour - Old & Modern City Sightseeing Dubai - Transfer?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubai can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubai and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Dubai City Tour - Old & Modern City Sightseeing Dubai - Transfer start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubai within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Dubai?
+
On Outty we rank every Dubai experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubai Premium Red Dunes Safari, Camels & 5* BBQ at Al Khayma Camp, Dubai: Red Dunes Safari, Quad, Camel, Dune Bash, BBQ & Shows, Dubai Dune Buggy Safari Tour in Red Dunes Options. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Dubai?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Dubai?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
