Poor quality
For the price we expect better quality, punctuality and trust. The Abu Dhabi was the worst part of the tour, running late and lied to us about how take to the City.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. The Abu Dhabi tour was arranged properly. Our guide reported you were not online and no response from you during pick-up time. As this is a shared tour, the driver cannot wait long for guests who are not ready in the lobby, and no response has been received. He moved to another pickup. We did send another driver to pick you up instead of treating it as a no-show. I want to highlight, that guest should be in contact with their local tour operator during pick-up time and always be ready at the lobby for pick-up, especially for a shared tour. Thank you

I think the composition of the tour is very good and the price is reasonable.
Tour guide Abbas made us comfortable and took good care of us throughout the tour. His photograph skills was also excellent. Thanks to him, I could make wonderful memories in the desert. I highly recommend him as a tour guide.

Asim was my main point of contact and he was extremely helpful, kind, and attentive. I travelled with a group of 13 and he booked our airport transfers, desert safari, Abu Dhabi tour, and a private yacht. Excellent service though it all, I highly recommend.
