Great way to explore a bit of Houston & its craft breweries
Spent a great afternoon with Jason exploring East Downtown Houston on bicycles, with a stop at a few of the local craft breweries. It's a great way to get a more intimate look at the EaDo neighborhood, fueled by great beer along the way. The riding was easy, and Jason was a terrific guide. This was a birthday outing with my husband, and I highly recommend it!
Response from the operator: We're so glad to have helped make your husband's birthday a special one! Thank you so much for the wonderful review. We can't wait to ride with you again!

Great beer on a great tour in a great city! What more could you want?
I booked this tour to celebrate my mom’s Birthday and we had such a great time!! Our guide Bryan did such a great job making us laugh, giving us a lot of info on the city, and taking us to some great breweries that I know we’ll go back to! If you’re interested but not a big into bike riding, book it! It’s an easy ride and the beer makes it worth it!
Response from the operator: We had a great time riding and celebrating with you both! I think your mom got the most free birthday swag I've ever seen on a tour. We look forward to riding with you again!

MUST DO for Beer lovers!
Brian was a tremendous guide! You get full pints and tastes at each location. This is a MUST-DO!! This was our first time in Houston and we got to see amazing views and taste great local brews. We are recommending an afternoon with Tour de Brewery to all of our friends and family! We visited really cool breweries and even though the weather was a little bit chilly we had a great time!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the wonderful review. We loved showing you around and can't wait to see you again!

Great time, great beer, and a great tour guide
My wife and I did the Historic Houston and Arts district tour during a short trip to Houston. We had such an awesome time on the tour! Brian was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. We learned a lot about the city and got to experience the very cool bike paths around the city all while enjoying some delicious local beers. We would highly recommend this for anyone visiting the city.
Response from the operator: Thank you for the wonderful review. Brian is one of our favorite guides and we're so glad to hear that you enjoyed touring with him!

Amazing
Brian was amazing, picked up on the vibes of the group, made our tour an awesome unique experience! Had a great time going through the historic district and hitting up multiple breweries with some amazing views!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the kind words. I had a blast hanging out with you and your family even if you did bring all the cold with you from Canada! I hope you enjoy your time in Houston and please reach out if you need any suggestions. Cheers!

Why this scores 78
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Downtown Houston Brewery Bike Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Houston.
How much does Downtown Houston Brewery Bike Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $71 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Houston usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Downtown Houston Brewery Bike Tour take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Houston is not rushed.
Is Downtown Houston Brewery Bike Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 78 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 39 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Houston, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Downtown Houston Brewery Bike Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Downtown Houston Brewery Bike Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Downtown Houston Brewery Bike Tour?
+
Around 14 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Houston can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Houston and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Downtown Houston Brewery Bike Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Houston within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Houston?
+
Houston's list leads with Space Center Houston and NASA Johnson tours, then museum district visits, Buffalo Bayou kayaking, Galveston beach days and some of the deepest food tour scenes in Texas. NASA access levels differ between tour tiers. On Outty we rank every Houston experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Astroville Houston Tunnel Tour: Downtown History & Hidden Gems, The Escape Game Houston: Epic 60-Minute Adventures at City Centre, The Escape Game Houston: 60-Minute Adventures at The Galleria. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Houston?
+
February to April and October to November. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Houston?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
