Our guide was knowledgeable, kind, and clearly passionate about the region. We visited a couple of vineyards, had a peaceful boat ride on the Douro River, and ended the day with a lovely traditional meal. A 10/10 experience!

A beautiful day in the Duoro Valley
This is a long day but so worth the trip! Our driver and guide, Filipe, was second to none. The driving was excellent and safe despite rain most of the day. He was attentive to the need for breaks from driving. We thoroughly enjoyed the olive oil museum, the vineyard tour, and the boat ride.
