    Pay US$80.92 (thb2,600) to wait 30mins & still que behind 15 people

It was a very bad experience, twice now I have used VIP Fast Track only to get stuck at Immigration at DMK Thailand as they let the families use the VIP Priority Lane, & so I still que behind 15 people & pay US$80.92 (thb2,600) to wait 30mins. Only 1 VIP Priority Lane was open, so I ask Immigration lady to open the 2nd Lane, but she just repeats Closed, Closed & pretend not to speak English. Very poor customer service indeed.

Response from the operator: Dear Chris, Thank you for your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience at Don Mueang Airport. While our team always does its best to ensure a smooth and seamless process, the staffing and operation of Immigration lanes are entirely managed by airport authorities, and unfortunately, outside of our control. In some cases, other travelers you saw may also have purchased Fast Track access, which could explain the queue. Also, even our guides are not permitted to request Immigration to open additional lanes, as this is solely at the discretion of airport officials. That said, we've shared your comments with our local airport team to help raise these concerns and encourage improvements where possible. Your input is truly appreciated. Warm regards, Paul

The VIP Fast Track service was excellent from start to finish. I was greeted right at the gate by a polite and professional assistant Ms Kaimook who guided me through immigration quickly and efficiently. Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your kind review! We're delighted to hear that your VIP Fast Track experience at Don Mueang was smooth and stress-free. We're especially pleased that Ms. Kaimook made such a positive impression with her professional and friendly service. Good , but little disappointed

Service was good , but there is no cart available, wife need to walk up to the taxi stand , the girl was there at the aerobridge with the name , only problem is there is no cart available

Response from the operator: Dear Moha, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that our VIP Fast Track service at Don Mueang Airport was smooth and that our staff was there to greet you promptly at the aerobridge. We’re sorry to hear about the inconvenience regarding the luggage cart. Unfortunately, the availability of airport carts is managed by the airport authority and can be limited at peak times — something beyond our direct control. However, we completely understand how this may have caused discomfort, especially for your wife, and we sincerely apologize. We truly appreciate your comments and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again with an even better experience next time. Thanks, Nick (IAsia Thailand Online)

Within minutes, we were through passport control and on our way to collect our bags.

We’re thrilled to hear that you found the service smooth, efficient, and worth it—especially after a long flight. Don Mueang Airport (DMK) Guided Fast Track Immigration Service: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Bangkok.

How much does Don Mueang Airport (DMK) Guided Fast Track Immigration Service cost?

    +

Prices start at $75 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Bangkok usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Don Mueang Airport (DMK) Guided Fast Track Immigration Service take?

    +

Plan for about 0.3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Bangkok is not rushed.

Is Don Mueang Airport (DMK) Guided Fast Track Immigration Service worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 16 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Bangkok, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Don Mueang Airport (DMK) Guided Fast Track Immigration Service?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Don Mueang Airport (DMK) Guided Fast Track Immigration Service suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Don Mueang Airport (DMK) Guided Fast Track Immigration Service?

    +

Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Bangkok can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Bangkok and add a light layer if any part of the 0.3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Don Mueang Airport (DMK) Guided Fast Track Immigration Service start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Bangkok within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Bangkok?

    +

On Outty we rank every Bangkok experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Bangkok Backstreets Food Tour with 15+ Tastings, Old Siam Bangkok Food Tour with 15+ Tastings, Tingly Thai Cooking Class with Morning Market Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Bangkok?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Bangkok?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
