    Definitely book this!

We had such a great time on this cruise! Captain Jimmy found us an area where we had a whole dolphin show for about half the cruise! Would definitely book with them again - loved the crew and really enjoyed our experience!

Response from the operator: Blakely, we are so glad you enjoyed your cruise with Captain Jonny and his crew. We definitely hope to see you again soon.

    Unfortunately…

It all went well until we got 30 min into the tour and the clouds had other plans (storm was moving in). I understand that even though they say they watch the weather that Mother Nature does what she wants when she wants. However, I was in the area as I was working with the city of Mobile and decided to drive to Orange beach JUST for this tour. The policy is; if the tour is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances that they next tour was free… but I was there just for the day and listening to some of the other folks on the tour, so were they. Which means it was literally a waste of money, the free tour is not possible.

Response from the operator: We understand that you were disappointed by the weather, but your review omits a critical fact: your cruise was not cancelled. The cruise departed as scheduled, and our crew was already 45 minutes into the trip when a storm moved into the area. The captain then made the responsible decision to return the vessel rather than continue in deteriorating weather conditions. This was not a failure to operate the tour. It was a weather-related safety decision made to protect our passengers and crew. Our weather policy does not provide refunds simply because a guest cannot return to Orange Beach for a future cruise. When weather affects the experience, we offer a rain check. A guest’s decision to travel to Orange Beach specifically for the cruise does not alter that policy, nor does an inconvenient schedule make a refund applicable. We are sorry the weather disrupted your plans, but we cannot control the weather, and we will not issue refunds when a valid rain check has been offered. The cruise operated, and the captain returned the vessel only because continuing would have compromised passenger and crew safety. We will always prioritize safety over completing a trip in unsafe conditions. That is exactly what our captain did that day. When you book you click and acknowledge, that if a cruise has been out for 45mins of it’s said cruise time and is turned around due to weather or an unforeseen circumstance. That a raincheck will be issued. Taking the cruise and expecting a refund just simply doesn’t work.

    Nice ride and wonderful crew

Was a great trip, even though it was cut short due to unexpected thunder and lightening. Crew was very friendly and the captain was very nice and extremely attentive to the weather. Was more concerned with keeping us safe than completing the cruise. We were really appreciative for that. Would definitely recommend.

Response from the operator: Thank you for joining us. We definitely appreciate your understanding. Safety is definitely the most important thing. We hope you can visit with us again soon.

    Great way to see dolphins

This tour was a grest way to see dolphins in Wolf Bay. The tour behins at the Wharf in Orange Beach and then moves into Wolf Bay. The Captain and crew were excellent. We saw dolphins almost immediately and numerous times. The sunset views were gorgeous. Everyone on board had fun, adults and kids.

Response from the operator: We are so happy to hear you had a wonderful time. We have a great crew and love knowing they took great care of you. Thank you for joining us in beautiful Orange Beach Al. We hope to see you again soon.
