Imjingak is a unification and security tour complex comprised of Imjingak Pavilion, North Korea Center, Unification Park, and several monuments and memorial sites. Pyeonghwa Nuri Park hosts many events, performances, and exhibitions to promote peace and reunification. The most popular attractions within the park are Hill of Music, a large grassy slope, and Pinwheel Park, featuring over 3,000 colorful pinwheels spinning freely in the wind. At the North Korea Experience Hall in Imjingak Pyeonghoa-Nuri Park, discover a glimpse into everyday life across the border through unique exhibits and videos. The highlight is a live Q&A session with North Korean defectors, offering powerful firsthand stories that bring the reality of North Korea closer than ever.

The Third Tunnel
The 3rd Tunnel is the third of its kind built by North Korea for the purpose of invading South Korea. It was discovered in 1978. Among the four tunnels located so far, it is closest to Seoul (about 52 km). It has a total length of 1.6 km and a width of 2 m. It is estimated that nearly 30,000 personnel can move through the tunnel every hour. Visitors to the 3rd Tunnel must reserve the tour in advance. The tour starts from the Imjingak Pavilion. All visitors are required to bring their identification, such as passports or Alien Registration Card (ARC).

Dora Observatory
Dora Observatory is the closest DMZ observatory to Panmunjeom. From Dora Observatory, one can see not only the Panmunjeom but also the village of Daeseong-dong within the DMZ, mountains and farmlands on the North Korean side, and the city of Gaeseong, a North Korean city and the historic capital of Goryeo (918-1392). Individual visits are not allowed. The observatory can only be accessed through the DMZ Peace Tour, which embarks from Imjingak Pavilion after reservation. All visitors are required to bring their identification, such as passports or Alien Registration Card (ARC).

10/10 Trip with Won Unnie
We went on the tour with Won Unnie, and she did such an amazing job! Pick-up and drop-off were included in the price, which made everything very convenient. The tour itself was incredibly impressive and lasted about five hours. We went on a Thursday, and the crowds were quite manageable. Even though some parts of the experience can feel quite intense and unsettling, it’s definitely a trip that stays with you. It really makes you reflect and appreciate even more how privileged we are in our everyday lives. Won Unnie explained everything extremely well and even showed us some additional places and details along the way. She made the whole experience much more personal and interesting, and I can wholeheartedly recommend her!

DMZ experience
Worth while visit to the DMZ and the history of the Korean Peninsula and its current status. I truly wish for a united Korea someday. Our guide, Won was exceptional with her knowledge and concern of the well being of her clients. Length of the time and the cost of the tour was appropriate. Our driver was great too. We were lucky to have Lucky as our guide
Lucky was a very good tour guide. I highly recommend her! From the moment we got in the van she was explaining the itinerary and providing us information about Korea and the DMZ. She handled all of the logistics like a professional and made the trip very smooth. We didn't have to think about anything.
