Disneyland Japan
We had a wonderful experience at both Disneyland and Disney Sea. Highly recommend staying at one of the Disney Resorts to enhance as well as simplify your visit. We have now been to every Disney park and without a doubt this was our favorite!

Great but to many priority guests tickets sold
The place is great . Very busy tho . Some rides it seemed it was half normal people then half priority guests. Other rides it was very obvious it was priority guests then us so it took ages .

Service and experience above par….
From the pick up…..drive was on time….if not early….was very courteous and accommodating….but that could be said of every Japanese person I met on my trip…the drive was smooth…drop off as near as possible to the Disneyland entrance…. Got there by 8:30am to find a loooooog meandering Que to get into the park…. But true to Japanese standards… the wait did not last long…movement was constant and within half an hour…we had passed the security check and we’re on our way into the park…once in….with the Disney App installed…we found our way easily and book rides with ease at our convenience…. We managed to squeeze in as many rides as we could for the day before making our way back to our hotel…. A thouroughly enjoyable experience…especially as we had never been to a Disney parks before….The kids….and myself…loved every bit of this day…. Thank you Viator for your part in it… before I forget… I had a non changeable/ refundable ticket and had made a mistake in my pick up location…and yet the Viator contact center and staff went above and beyond to make the change after I explained my situation…. so yes…. I’d rate them a 20 out of 10 for that in itself…. Regards Yohann Castanha Mombasa, Kenya.

Lines as far as the Eye can See
Logístical arrangements were excellent. Our driver was on time, courteous and professional and our e tickets were provided on time and worked well. The Disney Sea experience itself, however, is a shadow of the experience at the Florida and California parks. The Disney Sea park offers less E Ticket (high end) rides than its US counterparts, and getting onto the rides is a chore. In addition to paying for the park entrance, "Premier Tickets" are available on the park app for abut $17 each with the following limitations: "You will be able to purchase Disney Premier Access for another attraction 60 minutes after purchasing Disney Premier Access, or after the start time of your purchased Disney Premier Access...". We were only able to use one round of Premier Tickets during our visit for rides we sought. The second expedited queing option is the no cost Priority Pass available on the app as well. We were able to secure 2 (not for the rides we sought) during our visit. In sum, were able to visit three semi-decent attractions through passes and directly queue for 2 others with low demand (for a reason). Wait times for the attractions we actually sought ranged from 150 to 180 minutes!!! A third option for queues is also offered for some rides: the standby entrance There were also long queues for basic things such as popcorn and dumpling dogs. Food at each vending outlet was limited to 2 or 3 items to expedite lines inasmuch as possible. We spent 45 minutes in line for a dumpling dogs lunch. Tokyo Disney Sea has a clear issue in terms of access (at least for visitors accustomed to the US parks) that could be managed by reducing the total number of visitors each day. Knowing full well that Disney prides itself on Customer Experience (I have spent days learning their excellent system through the Disney Institue with my own work team), my conclusion is that customer expectations and queing tolerances for Tokyo Disney resorts differ significantly from US park attendees. If you are used to the US Disney experience, have this in mind before visiting and use the app to optimize your experience inasmuch as possible.

Why this scores 47
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
DisneyLand/Sea Ticket & Private Morning Ride from Hotel in Tokyo!: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tokyo.
How much does DisneyLand/Sea Ticket & Private Morning Ride from Hotel in Tokyo! cost?
+
Prices start at $30500 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tokyo usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does DisneyLand/Sea Ticket & Private Morning Ride from Hotel in Tokyo! take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tokyo is not rushed.
Is DisneyLand/Sea Ticket & Private Morning Ride from Hotel in Tokyo! worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 47 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 33 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Tokyo, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule DisneyLand/Sea Ticket & Private Morning Ride from Hotel in Tokyo!?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is DisneyLand/Sea Ticket & Private Morning Ride from Hotel in Tokyo! suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 4. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 8-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book DisneyLand/Sea Ticket & Private Morning Ride from Hotel in Tokyo!?
+
Around 12 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tokyo can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tokyo and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does DisneyLand/Sea Ticket & Private Morning Ride from Hotel in Tokyo! start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tokyo within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tokyo?
+
Tokyo is less a city than a stack of neighborhoods with completely different opening hours. A guided food crawl through Shinjuku's Omoide Yokocho gets you past the no-tourist curtains, while the day trips west to Hakone and Fuji need an early start to be worth the fare. Our ranking weighs guide quality heavily here, because in Tokyo the guide is the product. On Outty we rank every Tokyo experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tokyo Shinjuku Chopsticks Making Class, Tokyo : Asakusa Chopsticks Making Class, Shinjuku Night Food and Bar Crawl. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tokyo?
+
Late March to May for blossom, October to November for clear Fuji views. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tokyo?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
