SIMPLY AMAZING - Excellent Customer Service!
I traveled to Dubai this month, and allowed One Click Tourism to manage all of my daily activities and multiple transfers for my group of 30 adult travelers, which included transfers and tours while in Abu Dhabi, private Dubai City Tour, transfers for brunch, discounted dinner cruise tickets, airport transfers, and much more. They never skipped a beat. They were always very timely, before time, picking up my group. EXCELLENT SERVICE! The communication on WhatsApp was always shared in advance. I always knew whom the driver was going to be, along with their phone number and pick-up locations. Behind the scenes, the communication was always very timely. I asked a "million" questions, but everything was answered in a very professional and timely manner. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that my group was very well taken care of.
