Breathtaking and beautiful scenery!

Tour
The tour guide did not turn up,waited 15mins,attempted to contact tour company,the hotel then contacted and we were then informed the driver had problems with his vehicle and they could send another driver in 1 hr. Viator resolved the issue with a full refund. Why was we not informed by the tour company immediately and another driver sent as a replacement. Totally unsatisfactory experience.

Unfortunately, the issue with the driver’s vehicle happened unexpectedly and was completely out of our control. As soon as we were informed about the incident, we immediately tried to arrange a replacement driver for you. Please understand that in Bali it is not always possible to replace a driver within 5–10 minutes, especially during operational hours and depending on the driver’s location. Even so, we still offered an alternative driver within around one hour, while also fully respecting your decision to request a refund through Viator. We feel a bit disappointed that there was no understanding regarding the unexpected incident our driver experienced, as safety and honesty are very important to us. Nevertheless, we truly regret that your experience did not meet expectations and we appreciate your feedback.
