An amazing, exhilarating experience - not to be missed!
Simply amazing! An exhilarating experience at Angel’s Pool. The water was running fast and deep, making Devil’s Pool inaccessible, but that only added to the sense of adventure. The facilities and boat transfers were excellent, and the guides were outstanding throughout — calm, professional, and absolutely clear with their instructions. Despite the obvious risks, we felt completely safe in their hands, even though it was undeniably a very scary experience at times - looking over the edge in fast running water. Afterwards, high tea on the island was a real treat, enjoyed with spectacular views over the Falls. Even the WC had its own “loo with a view,” which perfectly summed up the setting!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are delighted to hear that you had such a memorable experience at Angel's Pool. While the water levels made Devil's Pool inaccessible during your visit, we're pleased that Angel's Pool still provided the thrill and adventure you were looking for. Your kind words about the guides mean a great deal. Their professionalism, experience, and commitment to safety are what allow guests to enjoy this unique experience with confidence, even when standing so close to the edge of one of the world's most spectacular waterfalls. We're also glad that you enjoyed the boat transfers, facilities, and the high tea on the island. And yes, the famous "loo with a view" certainly adds a unique touch to an already breathtaking setting! Thank you for choosing us to be part of your Victoria Falls adventure. We hope to welcome you back to Livingstone someday for even more unforgettable experiences. Warm regards, Joshua.

Incredible once in a lifetime experience!
One of the best things I have ever done. Despite a lot of water flowing over the falls we felt completely safe and very well looked after. We were fortunate enough to be the only two in our group so had plenty of time to sit and experience the angels pool, it was a really special experience and the breakfast after was sensational! An absolute must if you are visiting Victoria Falls and I would highly recommend this company.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a wonderful review. We are truly delighted to hear that you had such a memorable and special experience at Angel’s Pool. Your kind words about feeling safe and well looked after mean a great deal to our team, especially given the high water levels. We’re also pleased that the private group setting allowed you to fully enjoy the experience at a relaxed pace, and that you loved the breakfast afterward—it’s always a guest favorite. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we sincerely appreciate your recommendation. We hope to welcome you back to Victoria Falls again in the future for another unforgettable adventure. Warm regards, Owen.

Fantastic Family Experience
Owen’s team took care of us, to include last minute changes to reservations, last-minute airport service, and assistance getting across the border to Zimbabwe for activities. We recommend them to all of our friends.

Do not miss this experience!
Our group of 4 had an incredible time on this tour. From the pick up to the lunch and the actual experience in the falls, we had a great time. The food was amazing and the staff for all portions of the tour were very friendly, professional and accommodating. They made safety a top priority and gave a rundown of what to do/expect. Being in the falls was more than we could have expected and I'd love the chance to do this tour again.
Response from the operator: Hello Samantha, We would like to thank you so much for the review, looking forward to see you again on your next visit, Many Thanks, Owen.

Devil's pool Livingstone Island Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Livingstone.
How much does Devil's pool Livingstone Island Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $260 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Livingstone usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Devil's pool Livingstone Island Tour take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Livingstone is not rushed.
Is Devil's pool Livingstone Island Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 37 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Livingstone, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Devil's pool Livingstone Island Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Devil's pool Livingstone Island Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Devil's pool Livingstone Island Tour?
+
Around 13 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Livingstone can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Livingstone and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Devil's pool Livingstone Island Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Livingstone within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Livingstone?
+
On Outty we rank every Livingstone experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Game Drive & Rhino Safari Exp - up to 3 hrs long - MIN 2 PEOPLE, Raft the Zambezi, Zambezi Whitewater Rafting — Full Day All 25 Rapids : Livingstone. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Livingstone?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Livingstone?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
What is included in Devil's pool Livingstone Island Tour?
+
Included: All taxes, fees and handling charges; Snacks; and Breakfast. Not included: Pick up from Zimbabwe and 50 km away from Livingstone city; Flipflops; and Pick up from Botswana. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.
