Un saludo, Martín de Barcelona ——————/———- On July 24th, I went shopping in the Serravalle center. I bought several items at the Hugo Boss store. Upon returning to Barcelona, I noticed a shirt I had bought had two small tears in the back. I wanted to die because it was a beautiful shirt that matched my pants. I quickly looked for the store's phone number and found they had a WhatsApp contact. I wrote to them to tell them what had happened, sent photos of the torn shirt, and told them I couldn't find the receipt, but I gave them clues about the day and time it had been purchased, as well as other items I had purchased. They were very kind and within 48 hours, they sent me a copy of the receipt via WhatsApp. And since I had paid by card, they had refunded me for the shirt within 24 hours. Everyone told me to give up the money because since I'm from Barcelona and no longer in Italy to go and complain and take the shirt to them, they wouldn't refund me. I want to thank the Hugo Boss store in Serravalle for their honesty! Thank you very much, and I recommend buying from this store for both the variety of designs and the honesty. Best regards, Martín from Barcelona

Disrespect for customers
I made a trip with my husband at the end of November. We arrive at the outlet at three in the afternoon and they inform us that all shops and restaurants have just closed because it rains. They said they have a habit of closing at 3 when it rains. The usual schedule is until 8 pm. The website does not report the closure at 3 o'clock due to the rain. It seems to me an absolute lack of respect towards the clients on the part of those responsible for the center. My husband and I made an hour and a half trip from Bergamo to get to the outlet and we had to go around without making the planned purchases.

Very Good Deals on Designer Labels
Some people written the reviews arguing that the discounts are exaggerated. It is simply not true. May be if you are in Europe, you are used to $600 Canali sport jackets. However in US, that type of jackets are usually $2000 at the retail store and at the outlets are $900 to $1200 at best. Plus you get about 12% back at the airport, so it is a no brainer. Where else you can get a Brioni suit for $1200 to $1600. Isaia dress shirts are $500 a pop at the Neiman Marcus and they are about $120 at the Serrravalle outlet. Take a bus and pay additional 20 for the priority seating. Buy suitcases at the stores there and load them up. Kiton, Loro Piana, Isaia, Brioni, Canali, Zegna and Prada, you name it. The only disappointing store was Ferragamo. It had all old and aged out products. All others are good stores.

Why this scores 41
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Designer Outlet Serravalle Shopping Experience: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Milan.
How much does Designer Outlet Serravalle Shopping Experience cost?
+
Prices start at $2350 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Milan usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Designer Outlet Serravalle Shopping Experience take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Milan is not rushed.
Is Designer Outlet Serravalle Shopping Experience worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 41 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.7/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Milan, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Designer Outlet Serravalle Shopping Experience?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Designer Outlet Serravalle Shopping Experience suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Designer Outlet Serravalle Shopping Experience?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Milan can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Milan and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Designer Outlet Serravalle Shopping Experience start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Milan within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Milan?
+
On Outty we rank every Milan experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Gnocchi, Pasta, Tiramisù and Wine Class, Authentic Pasta & Tiramisu Cooking Class in Milan, Milan's Hidden Gems: Unique Bike Tour (ENG, NL). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Milan?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Milan?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
