Departure Meet & Assist service at Delhi Airport with optional Private transfer

Disappointing “concierge” service – not worth the premium

I booked this as a concierge journey, but the experience was far from it. Communication was poor, and when I eventually found the driver, I was escorted in the afternoon heat to a car park and told to wait in the sun while he fetched the vehicle. The car itself (number 9041, driven by Surjit Dogra) was dirty inside, with flies buzzing around. The air conditioning did not work in 37°C heat – most likely why the windows had been left open, which only let in more flies. To make matters worse, the driver asked me to find the destination myself using my phone’s sat nav. This was far from the “concierge” experience advertised. The company proudly claims on its website that all cars are air-conditioned, well-maintained, and GPS-equipped, yet none of this was true in my case. The fee was also around three times the cost of Uber, for a journey that was significantly worse. I raised the issue with the company but only received a lukewarm apology. Sadly, I cannot recommend this service – poor value and misleading promises.

Excellent service, professional team

I'm so glad that I chose the meet & Assist service from DELAPT. Mu mom was traveling alone to London, and was nervous about doing everything by herself. The entire process from pre-booking (assistance on phone) to availing the service. This is much more professional than the other service providers who didn't provide any clarifications/ details the way this team did. The entire process from receiving at the airport, check-in, immigration and security was done with utmost care. Extremely grateful to the entire team!!

Costly, but good service

Need follow-up and cost is on the higher side, but the service is good, used it for my elderly parents twice and was happy with the service

Departure experience from domestic to international

I had hired this service for my arrival from New York City going to Lucknow on Feb 3rd 2025. After the amazing seamless and smooth transition I decided to hire them for my departure on the 13th! I am so glad that I did!!! I would never have been able to navigate the process without their help! I was met at the gate from my domestic Indigo flight from Lucknow and taken through the whole process of transfer to terminal 3 , boarding pass , security and taken to my gate by the team!! I had a very short window to get there but they made sure of it!!! Thank you Gloria Fernandez and her colleagues for making my transition so smooth! I would highly recommend this service for everyone going to India!!!
