On board, we have a television that will allow you to enjoy your favorite shows and movies during the trip. In addition, thanks to the Internet connection you can stay connected at all times and it has an Alexa on board. If you are coffee lovers, the limo has a Nespresso coffee machine so you can enjoy a coffee. To provide you with even more convenience, we have included a selection of drinks on board. The unit will receive you with 5 Hard Seltzer type drinks, perfect to refresh yourself during the trip. In addition, 2 beers and a bottle of water will be provided per passenger.

Marco and Carlos are top tier! They have amazing servants hearts create a great environment and we appreciated all of their hard work from the airport to the hotel. This was a great experience and we are thankful!

Poor service!
We did not get the limousine we had paid for and we were not told that we would get a different vehicle till the morning we were ariving at the cancun airport. Spoke with customer support of Viator, and with the office of the vehicle and neither one wanted to take blame for us not receiving the right vehicle. We did not receive any explanation or any refund or reimbursement for the price difference of the limo from the vehicle they sent to pick us up!

Mr. Marco and the GMC limousine was fabulous
MR. Marco was fabulous. Very nice and pleasant. He made sure we were comfortable and he was early. He took our bags, offered drinks, gave us a cool towel. The ride was very very nice and smooth. Will do again
