    Disappointed

The trip was way longer than it was advertised. It said 12 hours not 16 hours. We were given “ breakfast”, it was a ham sandwich that I think the guides made at home. They were not refrigerated. I am a vegetarian and allergic to pork. Food allergies were not asked and neither was I asked about being vegetarian. Our lunch was not until 3:00pm. And we were picked up at 0600 in the morning. Did not realize we were going to spend over 6 hours in the bus. Maybe I should ask how long we will be on the bus next time ( my bad). . The stops we made were good. We had a nice time once we made it places. Would I recommend this tour? Yes to those who don’t mind being gone close to 16 hours, and being on the bus over 6 hours. For those of us who don’t I would suggest asking questions on how long the trip really is and that they will feed you adequate types of foods.

Response from the operator: The tour is described as a full day tour, the estimate is 12 hours and can extend depending on the traffic. Also, it was not 16 hours as you claimed, on your excursion day it was 14 hours since some stops had more time The sandwichs were refrigerated and fresh made the same day with local products, the tour does not include any special dietary dishes and it's also the customer responsability to disclose any food alergies to the operator, which you did not do Most restaurants all over the world won't even ask about allergies, since again, it's the customer responsability to disclose that information The lunch took place at 1:00 pm, exagerating hours does not make it reality. The tour described all the time that were going to be spent at each stop and also at the transportation, it was never hidden and was always available to read Chichen Itza is a ruins site far away from any city, it's nothing but evident that the transportation will take more than 5 hours, and still it is described at the tour descriptions Your entire review is complaining about things that are not relevant from the tour, and yet you admitt that you enjoyed each stop All the information was available and public from the beggining, reading it's important for everyone

Deluxe Chichen Itza & 2 Cenotes! Round Transportation From Cancun: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.

How much does Deluxe Chichen Itza & 2 Cenotes! Round Transportation From Cancun cost?

    +

Prices start at $147 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Deluxe Chichen Itza & 2 Cenotes! Round Transportation From Cancun take?

    +

Plan for about 12 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.

Is Deluxe Chichen Itza & 2 Cenotes! Round Transportation From Cancun worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 1 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Deluxe Chichen Itza & 2 Cenotes! Round Transportation From Cancun?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Deluxe Chichen Itza & 2 Cenotes! Round Transportation From Cancun suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 12-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Deluxe Chichen Itza & 2 Cenotes! Round Transportation From Cancun?

    +

Around 0 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 12-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Deluxe Chichen Itza & 2 Cenotes! Round Transportation From Cancun start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cancun?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cancun?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cancun?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
