Highly recommend
For starters — do not rely on the random photographers at the Taj Mahal. Come prepared with your own, and this tour is the one to book! I booked this experience about three months before my trip to India because I wanted a specific saree color and certain photo spots. From the very beginning, Mr. Zoheb was amazing — patient, responsive, and quick to answer my million questions. Once I arrived in India, he reassured me that everything was ready, even sending photos of the saree before the shoot day. My hotel pickup was right on time at 6 a.m. Our first stop was the dress shop, where I was beautifully dressed and fitted. I could even rent accessories to complete my look. From there, we headed to the Taj Mahal. Note: you’ll need to purchase your own entrance ticket (about 1,100 rupees, payable by cash or card). My photographer, Anuj, was professional and attentive. I showed him the poses I wanted, and he made sure to get every shot — even politely clearing crowds when people stepped into the frame! The first 50 photos were included, and anything extra could be purchased. After the shoot, I reviewed the pictures on the spot and he transferred my selected 50 directly to my phone. Afterward, the driver took me back to the shop to change and then dropped me at my hotel. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and cared for the entire time. Overall, I was beyond pleased with my photos and the entire experience. I highly recommend this tour — especially for anyone traveling solo or wanting those dream-worthy Taj Mahal shots. (Note: I only booked the Agra hotel pickup and Taj Mahal photoshoot portion, so I can’t comment on other parts of the tour.)
Response from the operator: Thank you for your wonderful 5 star review! We're thrilled you loved your Taj Mahal photoshoot experience with India Arrival Tours. Delighted to know Zoheb, Anuj, and our team made your solo trip safe, comfortable, and memorable. So glad you captured your dream Taj Mahal photos — we hope to welcome you again soon!

100% recommend!
I’m so thankful for Rahis, who made this long-ass round trip from Delhi Gurugaon to Agra memorable and unforgettable! He organized the tour perfectly, with very good English and without any negative comments(even though I waited him for so long for my shopping lol). I did solo so I wasn’t sure if it’s the right price range but it was so much worth it! I felt safety, smoothness and most importantly, fun! Also for my guide Himanshu, he was always explaining to me history and background story towards Taj Mahal and Agra fort with his great English and smile, so that helped me understand easily and feel comfort. They also took me to the breakfast place which has gluten-free options, helped me with currency exchange and waited for every single places that I visited for shopping! I’m super happy with this experience and would recommend 100%!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your amazing review! We’re delighted that Rahis and Himanshu made your Private Taj Mahal Photoshoot in Indian Ethnic Attire comfortable, fun, and memorable. Why this scores 65
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Delhi to Taj Mahal Private Photoshoot with Indian Ethnic Dress: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for New Delhi.
How much does Delhi to Taj Mahal Private Photoshoot with Indian Ethnic Dress cost?
+
Prices start at $56 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in New Delhi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Delhi to Taj Mahal Private Photoshoot with Indian Ethnic Dress take?
+
Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in New Delhi is not rushed.
Is Delhi to Taj Mahal Private Photoshoot with Indian Ethnic Dress worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 65 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in New Delhi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Delhi to Taj Mahal Private Photoshoot with Indian Ethnic Dress?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Delhi to Taj Mahal Private Photoshoot with Indian Ethnic Dress suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Delhi to Taj Mahal Private Photoshoot with Indian Ethnic Dress?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in New Delhi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in New Delhi and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Delhi to Taj Mahal Private Photoshoot with Indian Ethnic Dress start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central New Delhi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in New Delhi?
+
On Outty we rank every New Delhi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Taj Mahal & Agra Private Tour By AC Car From Delhi with 5* Meal, Taj Mahal & Agra Fort Private Day Trip From Delhi with 5* Lunch, Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Baby Taj Day Tour from Delhi by Car. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit New Delhi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in New Delhi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
