About this experience
This photo tour is available in New Delhi and Old Delhi areas for different type of sights, people, markets and monuments of interest to a street photographer. Old Delhi with places like Chandani Chowk, Chawari bazaar, Spice market is a great place to take pictures of the crowds, bazaars, food and diversity of Delhi city. The old houses, colourful shops, thousands of people, chaotic yet working traffic and more is unlike everything you will experience anywhere. Photographers visiting the place love taking pictures of daily lives of local people and eye catching sights which seems so quaint and out of reality in a modern metro city like Delhi. New Delhi is a mixture of above old way of life and ultra-modern lifestyle and provides an interesting contrast. This photography walk is a great way to capture all these sights in a enjoyable way. The places mentioned in listing are only for general idea and actual itinerary depends upon available time, traffic and preference of participants.

Old Delhi Delight
Be prepared for complete sensory overload, with great photo opportunities. Our guide was excellent showing us amazing sights to photograph and giving good guidance in terms of capturing compelling images. If you are doing it at this time of the year be prepared for the heat - make sure you have loads of water to stay hydrated.

Street Photography Using iPhone
Addy, our photo expert was amazing. He showed us multiple ways to use our iPhones while doing street photography. He was both very knowledgeable and patient as we strolled through the bazaar looking to take architecture, people, shop, etc. photos. I would recommend this "tour" without hesitation if you are fortunate to get a guide such as Addy.

Showed us Old Delhi
Adi was tour guide, and we really enjoyed our time with him in Old Delhi. He spoke about the history of buildings, people and religious ceremonies. He took us to the different areas in Old Delhi and taught us to stay away from the monkeys :) We recommend Adi’s tour!

Great Day with Delhi Street Photography Tour
Having never been to Delhi and being a solo woman photographer I thought it would be best to engage a photo guide to explore the streets of Ild Delhi. This tour was exactly what I’d hoped for! Adi not only knew the best spots for architectural photography, he also had great insight for framing and angles. Many of the people we photographed Adi would first speak with them and ask if we could almost do a mini portrait shoot. Many merchants know him so that also made shooting less conspicuous. The tour was easily arranged, the meeting spot not crowded and I had a photo of who I was looking for. I highly recommend this tour.
Response from the operator: Namaste! Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your review. Your feedback is greatly valued.

The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Delhi Street Photography Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for New Delhi.
How much does Delhi Street Photography Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $6500 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in New Delhi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Delhi Street Photography Tour take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in New Delhi is not rushed.
Is Delhi Street Photography Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 13 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in New Delhi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Delhi Street Photography Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Delhi Street Photography Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Delhi Street Photography Tour?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in New Delhi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in New Delhi and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Delhi Street Photography Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central New Delhi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in New Delhi?
+
On Outty we rank every New Delhi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Taj Mahal & Agra Private Tour By AC Car From Delhi with 5* Meal, Taj Mahal & Agra Fort Private Day Trip From Delhi with 5* Lunch, Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Baby Taj Day Tour from Delhi by Car. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit New Delhi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in New Delhi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
