TRAWICK Travel Insurance
In preparation for our big European trip last year we needed to get travel insurance While looking at several firms we came across TRAWICK. They have a very good ANNUAL policy. Since we are planning a few trips each year it was a great fit for our needs. In Italy we needed outpatient surgery. (They don't accept any US insurance, none, nada!) Since our regular US health insurance covers international care we filed our claims with them first. It took our US insurance 8 months to review and reject all of our medical expenses which were for only $380. (Had we gotten care in the US the bill would have easily been 10-20 times more.) We then filed a claim with Trawick. It was processed and a full payment was approved in 4 business days. The check arrived just a few days later. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. EXCELLENT COVERAGE. GREAT VALUE.
