Insightful, safe, and transparent
Totally recommend taking this tour. We were choosing between similar tours by different companies, but Crystal India Holidays' customer-oriented approach sold the deal. The managers (I interacted with Hitesh Verma and Kashish) are very fast to answer every and any question you may have and explain everything in detail. We had the pleasure to be picked up by the most amazing driver we've ever had. Chain Singh Ji speaks great English, is very knowledgeable, kind, and insightful. He told us plenty about India, its people and the way the country works, the buildings, the history, and so much more. He should honestly be named a guide too as he shared every piece of information possible in short time. He drove safe and did everything for our comfort. The car was clean and in wonderful condition. Our city guide was great, too. He was kind and super flexible with our requests. He was able to personalize the tour on the go, making sure we do everything we want and skip things that don't interest us much. He never made us do something we weren't fond of or guided us to a place we didn't want to visit. He listened, was patient, and helped us with pictures. My only regret is that I didn't thank him enough. All in all, this is a perfect tour to see the main sights and learn about Delhi and India.

I absolutely loved this night tour—it was a fantastic experience. Seeing the city after dark was truly special, as many buildings and landmarks were beautifully illuminated, giving everything a completely different and magical feel.
