Delhi-Agra-Shimla-Manali trip by Private cab for 07 Night 08 Days
Travel partner provided full of surprises during travel and never asked about travel experience with him during and even after trip completion. My trip (Receive at Delhi- AGRA via Mathura, Vrindavan - Shimla-Manali- Dropping Ludhiana) was scheduled for 7 Night and 8 days in which no sight seeing in Delhi and dropping to Ludhiana Punjab. Major highlights of travel partner is:- (1) Before trip starts, I have been informed by Mr Ajay Verma, about all amount which I have to be give to everyone like hotels during check in, cab driver etc..(this is the same cost which I assumed that I have to give to travel partner only before trip starts). Out of 51k agreed amount, travel partner collected 21k and remaining amount I had to paid to each and everyone. It was unnecessary issues created by Travel Partner, which I have to bear with this trip. (2) Out of 4 hotels, only 02 hotels was good, 01 hotel was average and another one was pathetic. (3) My hotel was changed with price upgraded in Shimla but Travel Partner didn't communicated anything about that. When I was about to reach hotel and called hotel manager for hotel location, then it came to know. (4) During travel, two different cabs with different driver with different amount to be paid- was provided to me by Indian Travel Online. First Driver for DELHI & AGRA, was familiar with Delhi routes only and was not professional, even he is not familiar with google maps. Second Driver for Shimla-Manali-Punjab, was good but some issue was there with Cab driver fees from travel partner and issue was resolved on last day of my travel. (5) I am little bit demotivated that I had picked travel partner (INDIAN TRAVEL ONLINE) with such a good rating in Trip Advisor, is providing such a experience. (6) Only positive point is Owner of travel Partner Mr Ajay Verma will attend call every time, but good travel experience comes when traveler doesn't need to call to travel partner each and every time. (7) Complimentary service offered HONEYMOON SUPPLEMENT was not provided and other than agreed offering from Indian travel online, one guide at Taj Mahal was provided free of cost- which I had not requested for. (8) One major thing was that Itinerary was not shared by travel partner to both CAB Drivers.
